One Of The Truist Preachers ... But Without Fame
Pastor Craig Conner.
The church has younger people, of course, but by far, it is filled with older people who retired there, or moved there to sit under his preaching of God's word, and sing the hymns inspired by it. Some probably stay there, in spite of threat of hurricains, to hear Pastor Connor.
You might want to tune him in Sunday mornings, if you don't have a church, or listen to some if his many sermons archived at the site.
You will find it here:

Grand Canyon Records Noah's Flood Evidence
God's creation is clearly seen ...
The natural conclusion of knowing the truth of God, but denying it results in a total breakdown of morality. God calls it "Holding the truth in unrighteousness".
Romans 1:18
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Newly Discovered Evidence Reveals US At A Point Of No Return
Fight or be in bondage.
My greatest concern for our nation and the still possibility of continued freedom, is not whether or not Election Fraud happened. That is an irrefutable fact proven by a mammoth mountain of hi-tech facts now being exposed. No, my deepest concern stems from my driving penchant for finding the eventual destination of that evidence. Each revealed fact is like a track leading to a conclusion, at trails end, where my hound-dog nose, consulting my analytical brain, leads me. The largest percentage of that foreign, Cyber War, attack evidence, not counting U.S. inside fraud, came primarily to the states that would be highly contested in the last election, Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin and 2 0r 3 others where the election was fraudulently shifted to Biden. Now we know that the "Fact Tracks" led through Cyber Space Computers right back to "Year Of The Skunk" in Communist China and other Socialist states. But the whole world now knows, even if our own yellow dogs and idiots do not, that massive fraud did occur.
Meanwhile, Communist China will literally call up the fires of hell, in their defense, and pump $trillions into court costs, bribes and Cyber War attacks to stop this threat to their dream of world dominance. They will buy-off world leaders, the famous, News Media, politicians and do anything it takes to keep their global belt and roads plan on track. Sadly they will be joined by a host of Socialist Communists in positions of influence and power in America. I won't mention names but you know who they are. In unison the Communist Chinese Skunk trail will be joined by our own breed of polecats to cover each other's smelly tracks in an attempt to throw world opinion off their cyber trail of masssive, global, election fraud.
By that time, the "poll" cat being out of the bag, the present spurious administration, would shift into survival mode. Their horror and hysteria would kick in and they who approve of killing unborn babies, same sex marriage, defunding the police, open borders, and paying voters not to work ... will do any contemptable thing to win this war. It would not escape the Communist Chinese Party or their Communist U.S. collaborators, that one of the 5 Constitutionalist Justices needs to retire or expire ... and a Socialist installed while the present President still has a majority in both houses of Congress to replace the dearly departed Constitutionalist Justice.. THAT is my fear. It is their only exit out of this house afire they have ignited ... short of civil war, which they would lose.
If you know some patriot in high position, it would be prudent to pass along a reminder that those 5 justices need to upgrade their security... and with agents of their own choice not of the sold out FBI's choice.
This may be my last blog allowed by those who have cancelled so many other Constitutional patriots and Christian messengers. RB

Last Ditch Effort Of Swamp To Communize America
With mind blowing corruption:
Reported by Breitbart News at
Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), the chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), released an exhaustive list of some of the most radical aspects of the Democrats’ “socialist takeover bill.”
“They’ve played ‘hide the ball’ with the bill text so as not to tip off the public as to what they’re putting in their bills. Then, they bring it to the floor and tout some poll numbers and scare their members into voting for it,” the RSC wrote.
The RSC noted the bill would:
- Perpetuates labor shortage: Continues welfare benefits without work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents at a time where there are 10.1 million job openings—more openings than there are people looking for work.
- Commissions a climate police: Democrats stuffed $8 billion into the bill to commission a cabal of federally funded climate police called the Civilian Climate Corps (CCC) who will conduct progressive activism on taxpayers’ dime (pages 8, 21, and 926).
- Pushes Green New Deal in our public schools: Requires funding for school construction be used largely on enrollment diversity and Green New Deal agenda items (page 55).
- Pushes Green New Deal in our universities: Democrats include a $10 billion “environmental justice” higher education slush fund to indoctrinate college students and advance Green New Deal policies (page 1,935).
- Forces faith-based child care providers out: The bill blocks the ability of many faith-based providers from participating in the childcare system and will lead to many of their closures (page 280).
- Hurts small and in-home daycares: Requires pre-K staff to have a college degree. (page 303)
- Includes new incentives for illegal immigration: Illegal immigrants will be eligible to take advantage of Democrats’ new ‘free’ college entitlement (page 92) as well be eligible for additional student aid (page 147) and the enhanced child tax credit (page 1,946).
- Includes legislative hull for Biden’s vaccine mandate: Increases OSHA penalties on businesses that fail to implement the mandate up to $700,000 per violation and includes $2.6 billion in funding for the Department of Labor to increase enforcement of these penalties (page 168).
- Gives unions near-total control: The bill includes insane prohibitions that would bind employers’ hands in union disputes and dangerously tilt the balance of power, subjecting employers to penalties that exempt union bosses and officials… among other things this bill would prevent employers from permanently replacing striking workers (page 175). It coerces businesses to meet union boss demands by increasing Fair Labor Standards Act penalties by an astronomical 900% (page 168).
- Makes unions bigger and more powerful: The bill would subsidize union dues that would only serve to strengthen the influence of union bosses and not American workers (page 2323).
- Pushes Democrats’ wasteful and confusing school lunch agenda: $643 million for, among other things, “procuring…culturally appropriate foods” (page 333).
- Furthers radical abortion agenda: Does not include the Hyde amendment and would mandate taxpayers pay for abortions (page 198) & (page 336).
- Drives up costs on Americans’ utility bills: Issues a punitive methane tax (page 367) and includes a tax on natural gas up to $1,500 per ton that could cost the American economy up to $9.1 billion and cost 90,000 Americans their jobs (page 368).
- Includes dangerous & deadly green energy mandate: Effectively forces Americans to get 40% of their energy from wind, solar and other unreliable forms of energy within 8 years (page 392). Reliance on these energy sources has proven deadly.
- Includes kickbacks for the Left’s green energy special interest network: $5 billion for “environmental and climate justice block grants” (page 377) and another $100 billion in green energy special interest subsidies, loans and other carve outs.
- Gives wealthy Americans tax credits: $222 billion in “green energy” tax credits will be given to those who can afford expensive electric vehicles and other “green” innovative products (page 1832).
- Furthers Democrats’ social justice agenda: Includes “equity” initiatives throughout the bill and, in one instance, Democrats inserted “equity” language into a title which should have been focusing on the maintenance of the United States’ cyber security efforts (page 897).
- Grants amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants: House Democrats have included in their reconciliation bill a plan to grant amnesty to around 8 million illegal immigrants at a cost of around $100 billion over ten years that would largely be spent on welfare and other entitlements (page 901). Trillions more would be spent long term on their Social Security and Medicare.
- Opens border even wider: The bill would waive many grounds for immigration inadmissibility, including infection or lack of vaccination status during a Pandemic, failure to attend removal proceedings in previous immigration cases, and the previous renouncement of American citizenship. DHS may also waive previous convictions for human trafficking, narcotics violations, and illegal voting (page 903).
- Increases visa limit: At least 226,000 family-preference visas would be administered each year (page 905).
- Grants fast-tracked green cards for those seeking middle-class careers in America: Language included in the bill exempts certain aliens from the annual green card statutory limits and has been described as a “hidden pipeline for U.S. employers to flood more cheap foreign graduates into millions of middle-class careers needed by American graduates” (page 910).
- Includes pork for Nancy Pelosi: $200 million is earmarked for the Presidio Trust in Speaker Pelosi’s congressional district (page 933).
- Increases energy dependence on OPEC, Russia and China: The bill prohibits several mineral and energy withdrawals (page 979). It overturns provisions included in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that authorized energy production in the Arctic that will result in 130,000 Americans losing their jobs and $440 billion in lost federal revenue (page 983) and the mineral withdrawals it prohibits would, ironically, include minerals necessary for renewable energy sources (pages 934, 940, 943).
- Exacerbates the chip shortage: The bill would mandate the conversion of the entire federal vehicle fleet from internal combustion engines to electric engines at a time when there is a global microchip shortage and crippled supply chains (page 1,043).
- Democrats’ feckless China bill is included: Concepts from the insanely weak Endless Frontier Act included, including $11 billion in research funding that will likely result in American intellectual property going to China (page 1079 – 1081).
- Chases green energy pipe dreams: $264 million to the EPA to conduct research with left-wing environmental justice groups on how to transition away from fossil fuels (page 1063).
- Fixes “racist” roads and bridges: Adds a nearly $4 billion slush fund that would help left-wing grassroots organizations that, among other things, want to tear down and rebuild or otherwise alter infrastructure deemed “racist” (page 1183).
- Punishes red states for failing to adopt Green New Deal provisions: Mandates “consequences” for conservative states that don’t meet the radical Left’s “green” climate standards while at the same time adding nearly $4 billion for “Community Climate Incentive Grants” for cooperating states (page 1179).
- Includes new massive, bankrupting entitlement: The new paid leave entitlement would mandate workers get 12 weeks of paid leave and would cost $500 billion over ten years according to the CBO (page 1245). It would apply to those making up to half a million dollars a year (page 1254).
- Advances a totalitarian and paternalistic view of the federal government: Includes grants for organizations to treat individuals suffering from “loneliness” and “social isolation.”
- Further detaches individuals from employment and more reliant on government handouts: The bill spends $835 billion on welfare through manipulating the tax code [not including the expansions of Obamacare subsidies] (page 1943).
- Tax benefits for the top 1%: The bill will possibly lift the SALT deduction cap meaning many of the top 1% wealthiest Americans would pay less in taxes.
- Tax credit for wealthy donors who give to woke universities: The bill creates a new tax credit program that gives tax credits worth 40% of cash contribution that are made to university research programs (page 2094).
- Expands worst parts of Obamacare: Obamacare’s job-killing employer mandate will become more severe by adjusting the definition of “affordable coverage” to mean coverage that costs no more than 8.5 percent of income rather than current law’s 9.5 percent of income (page 2041).
- Increases taxes on Americans at every income level: $2 trillion in tax hikes will fall on those making under $400,000 per year, contrary to what the White House says. Individuals at all income levels will be affected (Ways and Means GOP).
- Lowers wages for working families: The corporate tax rate will increase by 5.5%, meaning American companies will face one of the highest tax burdens in the world. According to analysis, two-thirds of this tax hike will fall on lower- and middle-income taxpayers (page 2110).
- Penalizes marriage: The bill would permanently double the EITC’s marriage penalty on childless worker benefits (page 2036).
- Imposes crushing taxes on small business: Guts the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act small business deductions that reduced pass-through entity taxes to keep them comparable to taxes imposed on corporations (page 2235) as well as hammer small businesses that file as individual tax earners with the 39.6% rate (page 2221) and Obamacare’s 3.8% tax on net investment income.
- Crushes family businesses and farms: The bill would impose a 25% capital gains rate (page 2226) and makes alterations to the Death Tax including cutting the Death Tax exemption in half (page 2240).
- Violates Americans’ financial privacy: $80 billion slush fund to hire an 87,000-IRS-agent army to carry out the Biden administration’s plan to review every account above a $600 balance or with more than $600 of transactions in a year. (page 2283).
- Increases out of pocket costs for those who rely on prescription drugs: The bill repeals the Trump-era Rebate Rule which passes through rebates directly to consumers at the point of sale (page 2465).
- Imports policies from countries with socialized medicine: The bill includes healthcare policies imported from systems in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom—all countries that have government-run healthcare systems (page 2349).
The bill also has other lesser-known provisions, including:
- $5 million per year for the Small Business Administration for an entrepreneurial program for formerly incarcerated individuals.
- $2.5 billion for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to award competitive grants or contracts to local governments, community-based organizations, and other groups to support “intervention strategies” to reduce community violence.
“Each of these 42 bullets is enough to vote against the bill. Taken together—it’s mind-blowingly corrupt. We need to loudly oppose it,” Banks charged in the release.

Talent Must Have Motivation, Training And Opportunity
A guiding heart and hand ...
I do not know which is worse, for parents to expect too much or too little of their young children. To expect too much is to frustrate the child and cause them to either give up, feel inferior or resent the parent. These feelings often increase with intensity throughout life. But to expect too little can be equally damaging in that the child is unchallenged at home and seeks purpose and direction from equally misdirected friends and other bad influences like TV or movies. Every child needs dilligent, dedicated and balanced parents to set the correct example, motivate, instruct and show love to their children. Wise parentswill constantly remind themselves that their children are not just babies, clowns, helpless little pigs, or big headaches. They are actually little PEOPLE who may grow up to be adult babies, boring clowns, big pigs .... winners or losers. Progressives say there are no losers, but if they become thieves, liars and drug addicts .... and then go to hell, they are losers. Our childen will be Moms and Dads, heros, zeros, hellions or whatever we make of them, or they make of themselves.... if we let them. Their future life, as adult PEOPLE, will be determined, to a great extent, by how their parents raise them ... except for one other very powerful force ... their ,"selfwill". Their selfwill may listen to you or not, choose their own close friends, good or bad, who they date: what they do when you are not present, and a thousand other volitional choices. God's Ten Commandments are not suggestions: but neither are they compulsory. Each of us must choose to obey them or disobey them and eventually answer to God for our choices. But, in the mean time, our volitional violations have consequences in life, this side of Judgement Day. So, "training up a child in the way he should go" is far more important than training him/her up to be beautiful, athletic, rich, educated, talented, interesting or otherwise successful in the eyes of the world. Although those things may have a secondary importance. Here are two impressive examples of the power of parents in training up their Childen in what they will become in life. You have that power. What will you make of your children? And no, it will not be determined by race. Here is proof. Watch both of these two different children. Let the video run, after the 6 year old, "High Church" organist, and see the infant violinist on this same link.
And here is a third example:

Descendants Of The Village Of The "Good Samaritan"
Of whom Jesus Spoke in Luke 10:30-36
In 1955-56 my friend, Louis Johnson, and I left Seminary in the middle of the school year and toured the Holy Land for our first time, and for 3 weeks. I had a good job, nightly transporting gasoline to DFW gas stations ... and Louis obviously had the money and could afford it. Among our destinations was the Samaritan village located on Mourt Gerizim, the only Samaritan village at that time. There are now two.
The Samaritans are not full-blood Jews but have a bloodline part of Mesopotamian. Being historically ostracized, by the pure blood Jews, to one holy mountain, Gerizim, they married within their own small tribe. As a result, when Louis and I visited them, some of their tribe were up to 8 feet tall. After we were there, about 60 years ago, the new state of Israel, to solve that in-bred problem, succeeded in getting them to marry outside of their tribe. Today, their "giant" citizens have passed on and Samaritans are about average in height. All records of that past embarrassment are buried and hard to find. There is no biblical record of its existance during Jesus' time on earth.
There are now only about 800 Samaritans, nearly all living in one of their two villages. Strangely, Samaritan orthodoxy, in blood sacrifices, exceeds that of mainline Jewish orthodoxy, as of today. There is good reason to believe it shall be reincorperated by them in the future. RB
This from The Times Of Israel
Tiny Samaritan Community Marks Passover Sacrifice As Numbers Grow
Men and boys dressed in white led the sheep to their fate, pushing and dragging them to a narrow, stone-lined trench on the mountaintop ceremonial ground.
The tiny Samaritan community was marking Passover in their holiest place — Mount Gerizim, overlooking the West Bank city of Nablus.
As twilight approached and the sacrificial ceremony neared, hundreds of worshipers recited prayers together, their voices rising in unison, while tourists watched from nearby.
Blades were at the ready.
While Jews no longer offer sacrificial lambs during Passover, a festival marking their ancestors’ liberation from slavery in Egypt, Samaritans keep the tradition alive on their holy mountain.
With many in white ceremonial dress and red fez hats, the Samaritans this year sacrificed around 60 sheep then roasted them in accordance with the process explained in the Book of Exodus.
According to tradition, the sacrifice and command to smear blood on their door frames allowed for the plague of the first-born to pass over the houses of the Israelites.
On Thursday night, when the prayers were finished, the blades went to work on the sheep.
Immediately afterward, splotches of blood were smeared on foreheads, including on the children — a newer version of smearing it on door posts.
Sharon Yehoshua, a 36-year-old mother of two who planned to help salt the meat afterwards, said the ceremony was the “highlight of the year.”
“It’s a very special day for all of the Samaritans,” she said.
Population growing Only around 800 Samaritans remain in their two communities, one on the mount and one in the Israeli city of Holon, near Tel Aviv. All are expected to return to the holy place to mark Passover.
They trace their lineage to the Israelites whom Moses led out of slavery in Egypt and who established themselves in the biblical northern kingdom of Israel, known as Samaria. They believe their high priest to be a descendant of Aaron, the brother of Moses.
Many Christians recognize the name through the parable of the Good Samaritan.
Benyamim Tsedaka, 74, believes his generation is the 125th since the biblical Joshua, the head of the Israelites after Moses. The scholar said the Samaritan community had faced various pressures over the generations in the turbulent Middle East and their numbers plummeted.
But with the help of increased inter-marriage and relative stability in their two communities, their population is now growing.

“I remember the community offering only seven,” he said.
Each family is meant to sacrifice one, though those who cannot afford it join together with other families to do so.
“Our lowest number was in March 1919, when there were left in the world only 141 individuals,” Tsedaka said.
‘Remarkable’ The Samaritans occupy a particular place between the Israelis and the Palestinians, part of neither community but living among them.
Many outsiders are unaware of their presence, said Shuki Friedman, who specializes in religion and state issues at the Israel Democracy Institute think tank.
“They grow by the years but not dramatically,” he said, adding that “there is a real danger” of them being completely assimilated and losing their distinct identity.
A Samaritan Priest takes part in the traditional Passover sacrifice at Mount Gerizim near the northern West Bank city of Nablus on April 18, 2019. (Jaafar Ashtiyeh/AFP) But he said it was “really remarkable” that the community has kept its traditions alive for 2,500 years.
Samaritans say their customs are even older than that.
As they celebrated Thursday night, they exchanged hugs and kisses along with holiday wishes. Many of those wearing white were now splattered with blood.
Nine fire pits with wood from olive trees inside burned nearby, awaiting the meat from the sheep that were being cleaned.
“When you’re one-year-old and 100 you must come here,” said Yiftah Tsedaka, 52.
Another attendee nearby, Itzik Tsedaka, 45, agreed.
“You can’t be a Samaritan and skip this ceremony.”

Secular, State 'Arks' Business And Americans Are Escaping To
Floating above the flood
Which States Are Floating Above
The Bloodwaters Of Socialism?
And which are dying on he bottom?
The following from Sunday Intelligence
Were Are All the Fleeing
California Businesses Going?
The state of California is now losing businesses headquartered in the state at twice the rate compared to last year, according to a new report from the Hoover Institute.
74 large businesses are known to have moved their headquarters out of California in the first half of 2021, which is double the rate of each of the past three years.
More businesses left California in just the first six months of this year, than over the entire course of 2020.
Texas is the number one destination. Since 2018 it has become the new headquarters of at least 114 businesses which were previously based in California.
During that time Tennessee attracted 25 companies from California, followed by Arizona (17), Nevada (15), Colorado (14), and Florida (13).
The Hoover Institute says that these numbers are actually an under-count. That’s because it only tracked companies that made the move public knowledge — which is not required by law.
In addition, it is only counting the headquarters moved — not jobs. For example, Disney is not officially relocating its headquarters, but it is moving 2,000 headquarters jobs to Orlando, Florida. But this type of loss for California is not reflected in the Hoover Institute’s report.
To get a more accurate picture of the California exodus, the Hoover Institute also looked at new capital projects in each state. On a per capita basis, California ranks 46 out of 50 states when measuring businesses deploying capital for new projects.
That strongly suggests new business growth is not making up for California’s losses — it is a net loser of business, and that trend appears to only be accelerating.
What this means:
California has some of: the highest taxes in the nation, the most restrictive regulation, the highest cost of living, the highest housing costs, a risky legal environment (i.e. the “Sue Your Boss” law), and increasingly, a lower quality of life.
For a long time, California’s exports in technology and culture made up for the high costs. But now even film production is branching out to Canada and Atlanta, Georgia, for example.
And some high profile tech companies are heading for the exits — for example, Tesla built a new factory in Texas instead of California, and Palantir relocated from Silicon Valley to Denver, Colorado.
You simply cannot fight the reality of basic economics forever.
What you can do about it:
The great thing about the United States is that there are 50 different jurisdictions which offer varying degrees of business freedom.
Chief Executive magazine surveys CEOs across the US. It says the three most important things to CEOs about business location is tax policy, regulatory climate, and talent availability.
In its 2021 “The Best and Worst States for Business,” survey, CEOs ranked the best states as:
- Texas
- Florida
- Tennessee
- North Carolina
- Indiana
And the worst:
- California
- New York
- Illinois
- New Jersey
- Washington
The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council found similar results when analyzing state taxes, spending, and regulatory environments.
On 62 policy measures it found the most entrepreneur-friendly states are:
- Texas
- Nevada
- Florida
- South Dakota
- Wyoming
- Indiana
And the worst:
- New Jersey
- California
- Hawaii
- New York
- Minnesota
The Tax Foundation’s 2021 State Business Tax Climate Index found that the most business friendly states when it comes to taxation are:
- Wyoming
- South Dakota
- Alaska
- Florida
- Montana
- New Hampshire
(Texas is ranked number 11.)
And the worst:
- New Jersey
- California
- New York
- Connecticut
- Minnesota
The Fraser Institute’s report on “The Economic Freedom of North America,” measures variables such as labor market freedom, legal systems and property rights, payroll tax rates, government spending, and business regulations.
It found the best states for economic freedom are:
- New Hampshire
- Florida
- Virginia
- Texas
- Tennessee
- South Dakota
And the worst:
- New York
- West Virginia
- Alaska
- California
- Vermont
When it comes electricity costs for businesses, the U.S. Energy Information Administration measures both commercial (stores and offices) and industrial (factories and production) costs.
The national average cost for commercial energy is 11.1 cents per kilowatt-hour.
The lowest cost states for commercial energy are:
- Oklahoma (6.4 c/kwh)
- Nevada (7.2 c/kwh)
- Idaho (7.8 c/kwh)
- Virginia (7.8 c/kwh)
- Utah (8 c/kwh)
And the most expensive:
- Hawaii (30.8 c/kwh)
- Alaska (18.9 c/kwh)
- California (17.2 c/kwh)
- Connecticut (17 c/kwh)
- Massachusetts (16.8 c/kwh)
The national average cost for industrial energy is 7 cents per kilowatt-hour.
The lowest cost states for industrial energy are:
- Oklahoma (3.9 c/kwh)
- Nevada (4.9 c/kwh)
- Tennessee (5.3 c/kwh)
- Kentucky (5.4 c/kwh)
- Georgia (5.4 c/kwh)
And the most expensive:
- Hawaii (26.7 c/kwh)
- Alaska (16.5 c/kwh)
- Rhode Island (16 c/kwh)
- Connecticut (14.7 c/kwh)
- Massachusetts (14.5 c/kwh)
With a few outliers (like Alaska variously showing up at the top and bottom of rankings) we can see the usual suspects appearing over and over.
Texas, Florida, Tennessee, South Dakota, New Hampshire, and Indiana frequently appear listed as the best states in which to do business. (Go figure — all but Indiana also have no personal state income tax.)
And New Jersey, New York, and California are consistently the worst states.
