John Bunyon, who spent much of his life in prison for preaching the gospel.  It was within his prison cell he wrote this, his most famous work about the Christian life.  So this next video will introduce you to Brother John Bunyon.

If A Free Press Lies, Peace Dies And Freedom Of Speech Must Arise

On December 15, 1791, the new United States of America ratified the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution, confirming the fundamental rights of its citizens. The First Amendment guarantees freedom of religion, speech, and the press, and the rights of peaceful assembly and petition of our grievances against a predatory government.

Our "freedom of speech" in this country is one of the primary reasons we have remained free of a tyrannical government for these 230 years.  But, now, the predominance of Social Media and Main Street Media, under the guise of a free press, is stamping out the 

Constitution's guarantee of freedom of speech of those they disagree with.  We must not allow it to happen or we will become slaves.  Kyle Rittenhouse was on the street, armed, to protect his city's businesses against the luters and burners and was attacked by them as the videos clearly show. But he was unjustly accused by the press and social media of being the attacker.  The jury found him 100% innocent based on the filmed facts, but the media still clings to its lies in an alliance with Communism.

And YouTube suspended live streams about the trial hosted by independent legal analysts.   In America, alleged criminals are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The court of Big Tech social media, however, is anything but impartial. And their actions regarding this particular case should concern us all.  Dan Gainor, VP of the Media Research Center, said Big Tech's attempts to stifle discussions about Rittenhouse proves how much control it has in societal and political issues. “It's dangerous that they have this much power over what can be discussed in a public forum,” he said. “They could prevent free elections in every free country in the world if they wanted to.” What do you think? Nation on the brink of total meltdown

One year before the 2022 midterm elections, the United States of America, long the freest, most powerful and most successful nation on earth, is on the brink of total meltdown.

Power-obsessed politicians in thrall to a bizarre, quasi-religious ideology, seemingly oblivious to the destruction and suffering they’re causing, daily implement new agendas that crush America’s great middle class, her economy and her most hallowed institutions.

Staging this revolution from behind their shockingly senile puppet president, Joe Biden, they have fomented a full-scale invasion of the U.S. mainland, mandated that tens of millions of citizens be injected with an experimental new drug or lose their jobs, and heedlessly created Third World-style inflation, shortages, poverty, drug addiction and runaway crime. And they’re just getting started.

Ironically, America’s current ruling elites hate the very nation they govern, daily condemning it as irredeemably racist, when in reality it is indisputably the least racist nation in human history.

Ignoring reality at every turn, they manifest an abiding contempt for biology, the lessons of history, the fundamental laws of economics, the transcendent value of human life, and especially, for God and His laws.

On top of all this, their current figureheads – Joe Biden and Kamala Harris – are unlikable, meanspirited, pathologically dishonest, and in Biden’s case, cognitively disintegrating in real time before the entire world. Harris is so singularly repellant that the Biden administration has essentially kept her hidden since Day 1.

So phantasmagoric has 2021 become, Team Biden appears to be engaged in an “Alice in Wonderland”-type intramural competition to determine who in the administration can be the most deranged: Biden is winning, with his straight-faced claims that his planned multi-trillion-dollar spending orgy “costs zero dollars” and will reduce inflation. But Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is giving him stiff competition with his assertion that many of America’s highways are racist, as is Vice President Kamala Harris, who recently asked NASA if it can possibly “track trees” by race to assure “environmental justice.”

No wonder every recent poll shows voters of both parties are running away, as fast as possible, from Biden and Harris. As USA Today reported in early November, “The approval ratings for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have reached dismal new lows, according to a stunning, just-released poll. In a survey published Sunday by USA Today, the president’s approval rating stands at just 38 percent. … USA Today found that just 28 percent of those surveyed approve of Kamala Harris at the moment.”

Thus, for the ascendent Democratic Party, every bit as addicted to power as a drug addict is to heroin or fentanyl, the only question is: How can Democrats possibly retain their power in light of the growing awareness among the American electorate that their current leaders and policies are basically insane? How, they ask themselves, can they not only avoid losing control of the U.S. Congress in the November 2022 election and the presidency in 2024, but also continue to elect and re-elect Democrats as governors, state legislators, secretaries of state, mayors, Soros-funded district attorneys and other vital “down-ballot” positions?

In light of voters’ ever-plummeting approval of them, there’s only one conceivable solution for Democrats.

Cheating.

Rigging elections. Voter fraud. Changing the rules. Big tech censorship. Shooting down voter ID laws. Shutting out election observers. Eliminating signature verification for mail-in ballots. “Ballot harvesting.” Basically, exploiting every imaginable opportunity to enable, abet, promote, excuse and encourage election-related fraud and abuse in its myriad and ever-expanding forms, all the while vehemently denying it even when caught red-handed – just as in 2020. And, of course, simultaneously accusing everyone demanding fair elections of being white supremacists and terrorists intent on “voter suppression” and implementing “Jim Crow 2.0.”

That is why election integrity is, without question, the most important issue in America today. It is literally the singular key to whether the greatest nation on earth lives – or dies.

And that is why the November 2021 issue of WND’s acclaimed Whistleblower magazine – titled “AMERICA’S FATEFUL CHOICE: RESTORE ELECTIONS OR KILL THE REPUBLIC” – is entirely focused on how, specifically, America can and must assure that the elections in 2022, 2024 and beyond are fair, honest, transparent and trustworthy. For Want Of A Trucker

Our nation may be lost If we do not take action.

 The "For Want Of  A Nail" proverb is in the same vein as the theory that it is the very last single snow flake, settling its weight upon the mountain mass of snow accumulation, which finally causes an  avalanche.  The weight, size, or timing of that final increase to the problem, though normally unimportant, now triggers the inevitable deluge of destruction which wipes out everything in its path  ....  trees, bolders, people and village.

It is also similar to the cry of King Richard, "A Horse! My Kingdom for a Horse!”, referring to the moment when his horse was down on the battlefield. Later on, in the 20th century that American novelist includes a short version of the “For Want of a Nail” proverb in his work “Fifty Famous People”, also referring at King Richard’s Battle of Bosworth in August 1485.  Here is the proverb ....

For want of a nail the shoe was lost.

For want of a shoe the horse was lost.

For want of a horse the rider was lost.

For want of a rider the message was lost..

For want of a message the battle was lost

For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.

And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

And so it is ... for want of a trucker our freedom may be lost.

My thoughts on the situation in our nation today:

For the abundance of free Federal money the trucker didn't show up for work.

For the want of a trucker the farmer could not ship his crops to the grocery stores.

For the want of those food products the unloaders, stockers, and cashiers were laid off.

For the want of well stocked shelves in the grocery stores the customers, who had plenty of green, leafy, paper cash, which can be eaten ... but without pleasure, nourishment or digestability, did without. So they were forced to follow the lead of the Fed's welfare recpient farmers, truckers, unloaders, stockers and cashiers and signed up for free government green, leafy, paper cash from the "Hungry But Equal Poverty" program" offered by their Democratic Socialistic Communist masters.

Yes, it is true that we now have trillions and trillions and trillions of green leafy dollars, treasury checks, credit cards and digital $ entries, but they are hard to chew and impossible to swallow. And anyone who rebels will simply have even that cancelled by the anti-Republic, anti- Constitution, Democraticly elected tyrants. RB

The founder of Dubai, Sheik Rashid, was asked about the future of his country and he replied, "My grandfather rode a camel, my father rode a camel, I ride a Mercedes, my son rides a Land Rover, and my grandson is going to ride a Land Rover, but my great grandson is going to have to ride a camel again."  Why is that, he was asked?  And his reply was, "Hard times create strong men, strong men create easy times.  Easy times create weak men, weak men create difficult times.  Many will not understand it but you have to create warriors not parasites."

The average age of empires may be seen in history where almost all empires ended within an average of 250 years. Most were not conquered by external means, they rotted from within.

We Americans may not think of ourselves as an “empire,” but much of the world does. The average age of empires, according to a specialist on the subject, the late Sir John Bagot Glubb, is 250 years. After that, empires die, often slowly but overwhelmingly from overreaching in the search for power.

The America of 1776 will reach its 250th year in 2026.

The "greatest generation" consisted mostly of 18-19 year old kids storming the beaches of Normandy.  They came home and built the pinnacle of the American empire.  And now, two generations later, many young "men" of that age want to hide in safe rooms when they hear words that hurt their feelings. They  live in their parent's basement and expect someone to supply them with life's necessities.... and luxuries they call ...  "entitlements".  Guess which political party they vote for.  The one with a thousand other misnomers.... lies.

On September 17, 1787, delegates left the Constitutional Convention in Independence Hall in Philadelphia. As they exited, Benjamin Franklin was asked what kind of government do we have? "A Republic," he replied, "if you can keep it."

So the USA became a Democratic Republic

Two centuries ago, a somewhat obscure Scotsman named Tytler made this profound observation: "A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury.

When the greedy, self-serving Socialists have control of the U.S. Treasurery, they can ignore the Constitution of this Republic and give money and other things, to the majority who voted them in, at the expense of the working, tax paying minority.

"Divers (distorted) weights and ... measures ... are both abomination to the Lord." Prov. 20:10

   

This warning was given when instruments like scales and measuring sticks were used in Trade to determine the value of things to be exchanged between two people, and therefore must be accurate. Both scales and measuring sticks were often created to "look" right but were a fraction short to cheat the other person. God sees this as an "abomination".

In other words, when men alter the true balance of the accepted, legal means of exchange, and thereby defraud others of the true value of their product or property, it is a detestable perversion of truth ... to God.  He cares about fairness in trade of people's hard earned products such as food and cloth. Politician created inflation is an examples of perverting the buying power of the peoples money, their means of exchange for the things they need.

So, have the greedy, Socialist Democrats brought America to its knees before the god of WWW (wealth without work) by its tampering with our national medium of exchange, our money .. our "weights and measures"?

What happens when a nation votes in leaders who destroy the value of its currency by creating vast amounts of new money to pay for their Communist programs of free stuff for the voters, to gain their votes?  All the nations in the former Soviet Union did it and suffered the consequences for many years.  Venezuela followed their example and has now arrived at the same national destruction of their money.  So what happened to those contrymen's hard earned money when the naive majority willfully accepted Socialist Communism in place of their liberty and free enterprise? 

There are alternatives in today’s environment that allow for different options. However,  the tried and true, fixed and honest weights and measures ... fixed value of currency, though it has always created peace and balance in nations is undermined by the envy and greed of a rising majority.  Those who delude themselves and question, dismiss or find reasons why it might be different this time. Yet the tried and true still has the eventual redemptive power of a new "restoration movement" after the misguided circumstances in play have destroyed currencies, old infrastructure has collapsed, and the poor and the rich are equally poor.  Only this time Jesus may come before we have time to rebuild. Hopefully!

Venezuelans Turn To Gold Nuggets As The Local Currency Implodes - From Zero Hedge

The Venezuelan government recently lopped off six zeros from its hyperinflating currency, the bolivar. The highest denomination currency note of 1 million bolivars, worth less than $0.25, was replaced by a one-bolivar note. At the same time, a 100-bolivar note, worth about $25.00, was introduced as the new highest denomination of the bolivar. The currency conversion was designed to spare the government the embarrassment of having to issue a 100-million bolivar note to enable people to purchases everyday items without having to carry around bundles of notes, given that the price of a loaf of bread had risen to 7 million old bolivars. Of course, the arbitrary scaling down of the denomination of the currency will not slow inflation, because the new currency notes can be printed just as cheaply as the old. The bolivar has already lost 73 percent of its value in 2021 alone and the IMF estimates the annual inflation rate will reach 5,500 percent by the end of 2021.

It is not surprising, then, that all but the poorest Venezuelans have abandoned the bolivar as a medium of exchange, let alone a store of value or unit of account. US dollars are the exchange medium of choice in Caracas and other large cities, while the Colombian peso dominates along the Colombian border, particularly in the regional city of San Cristobal. The Brazilian real is current along the southern border with Brazil and the euro and cryptocurrencies have also found niche uses.

What is wonderfully surprising is the spontaneous emergence of a pure gold currency in a remote region of southeastern Venezuela around the towns of Tumeremo and El Callao. The region abounds with precious metal ores and has a long history of luring prospectors and miners seeking their fortunes. Today, however, many of the larger mines are controlled by the government military, which is battling local gangs and guerillas. Despite the violence and lawlessness, jobless Venezuelans from far and wide are flooding into the area to work in thriving illegal mines in exchange for payment in gold nuggets. As a result, gold flakes, which are peeled off raw nuggets with hand tools, have become the currency of choice in the region with prices for commodities and services quoted in grams of gold. Half a gold gram buys you a one-night stay in a local hotel, while a meal for two at a Chinese restaurant and a haircut will cost you a quarter of a gram and an eighth of a gram, respectively.

The gold flakes are carried in people’s pockets—usually wrapped in the nearly worthless bolivar notes. While some shops are equipped with scales to weigh the gold flakes, most sellers and their customers have become so familiar with the flakes that they evaluate them by sight. For example, the barber and his customer who transacted for the haircut agreed that three gold flakes equaled the one-eighth gram price (approximately $5.00). Gold is also starting to penetrate the nearby cities, such as the regional capital Ciudad Bolivar, as stores in shopping malls gladly accept the gold in exchange for dollars from miners who are seeking to cash out.
