Common Sense Commentary: "O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return." Jer.15:3.

Obamanation's Abomination (With Webster's Definition, Biblical Example & A Woman's Brilliance)
Common Sense Commentary: Noah Webster is one of my all time favorite Historic, American Characters. The roots of Webster's Dictionary of today reach all the way back to his original of 1806 which he continued to improve throughout his life. The version I have used, since I was in Seminary, is the Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary Copyrighted in 1953. In that version, Webster defines the word Abomination , "Extreme disgust and hatred; abhorrence; loathing; detestation; shamefully vile; foreboding; ominous." Noah Webster was a Christian and understood the Biblical use of the word, and even published a Webster's version of the Bible. It is one of the best translations but I have always used and prefer above all others, the King James Bible. Though written in Old English language, it is, nevertheless, the most accurate to the Textus Receptus or Received Texts.
An example of Biblical Abomination is, "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination...." Lev.20:13.
Here, below, is a link to a terrific summation, by a Pastor's wife, in "seemingly biblical language" of all that the world knows about President Obama. "When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart." Prov.26:25.

Abomination? We Cannot Argue With God: We May Argue...He Will Act
Common Sense Commentary: Both the Hebrew and Greek languages of the Bible define the word abomination as "An impure, detestable thing".
Webster defines the word Abomination , "Extreme disgust and hatred; abhorrence; loathing; detestation; shamefully vile; foreboding; ominous."
The word "Abomination" is used about 150 times in the Bible.
To be guilty of committing an abomination, a person must, themselves, "choose" to yield to certain temptations and "delight" in it. Isa. 66:3 Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. They have "chosen their own way, and delighted in their abomination" That puts the fault of their sin squarely upon their own willful "choice".
Homosexuality Is An Abomination
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination ... their blood shall be upon them.
1 Kings 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
See also Romans 1:20-32.
Idols And Other False Gods Are An Abomination
Deuteronomy 7:25 The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein: for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God.
Deuteronomy 12:31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
Those Who Say Evil Is Good And Good

Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD.
Evil Political Leadership Is Especially Wicked
Proverbs 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness. I have heard it said that "God raises up all kings". That is a misinterpretation of Daniel 2:21..."And he .... removeth kings, and setteth up kings...." This verse does not say that God removes all kings or sets up all kings. He no doubt sets up and removes some kings, not all kings. God makes that clear in Hosea 8:4 "They have set up kings, but not by me...."
Filthy Leadership, Filthy People, Filthy Land
Ezra 9:11 ....The land ...is an unclean land with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness.
Ezra 9:14 Should we again break thy commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? wouldest not thou be angry with us till thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor escaping?
Jeremiah 6:15 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.
Jeremiah 44:22 So that the LORD could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse ...."
Ezekiel 7:3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.

You Raise Me Up To More Than I Can Be
Common Sense Commentary: There are Few things a human being can do which is more important than assisting another, more needy person, or encouraging a more helpless person, or reaching out to the old or young with a helping hand, or giving a kind word to everyone, or a bit of money to a street singer who has come on hard times but retains his integrity and shares his talent. Here he is singing "You Raise Me Up" to a street full of strangers. They received more than they gave ... You can see it in their faces. RB

Chase Bank Queries Employees On LGBT Support
Common Sense Commentary: Liberalism has become a monotheistic religion and is the voice of Political, Commercial, Religious and NewsMedia support for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender). "The vile person shall be no more called liberal .... For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD...." Isaiah 32:5-6. Before you call yourself a Liberal, read all of Webster's definitions of the word. RB

Chase Bank asks employees' loyalty to LGBTJuly 8, 2014
Questions asked were: Are you a member of the LGBT community? Are you an ally of the LGBT community, but not personally identifying as LGBT?
LGBT stands for "Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender." Employees are alarmed by these social activist questions. If they answer no, they fear they would be open to criticism that may affect their employment. "This survey wasn't anonymous. You had to enter your employee ID. With the way things are going…not selecting that [pro-gay] option is essentially saying 'I'm not an ally of civil rights;' which is a vague way to say 'I'm a bigot.' The worry among many of us is that those who didn't select that poorly placed, irrelevant option will be placed on the 'you can fire these people first' list." – JP Morgan Chase employee
This has absolutely nothing to do with banking, but everything to do with intimidation, coercion and bullying of employees who don't fully embrace homosexuality.
Send an email to Chase Chairman and CEO James Dimon and remind him that his company's so-called "diversity" program has become nothing but a bully propaganda machine for the LGBT. Let him know that Chase has created a hostile environment for Christian employees who believe in God's plan for marriage as only between one man and one woman. |

Why Didn't God Stop That Wickedness From Happening?
Common Sense Commentary: Foreknowledge means simply to Know Before. "Omniscience".
If God does not do bad and sinful things or cause people to do bad and sinful things, then is their everlasting destiny due to God's will and choice or their own will and choices? And if God is omniscient, knowing all things past, present and future, did He also foreknow what those people's will and bad choices would be? The fact that God foreknows everything does not mean He wants wickedness and rejection of Himself to happen. It means that when He created man in His own "image and likeness", that He gave us smaller likenesses of many of His own supreme traits. We know that God has a divine will, so He gave each of us a human will. It was His "sovereign will", that we have a free, personal will. That is why God does not usually void our bad decisions and choices by over-riding them with His own holy will, but He lets our will and bad choices play out to their own pre-designated consequences or successes. Though not His own perfect will, He permits our faulty choices by the fact He gave us a free will to choose to do good or bad. That is also why we are responsible and accountable to our Creator for our own self-will and individual choices. Since God foreknows all of that, before it happens, it will happen; Not because God made it happen, but because He gave us a will to make the choice and be accountable for it.
"For he (Jesus) knew that the chief priests had delivered him for envy." Mk.15:10. He knew their hearts, motives and decisions before they did. And they did what He foreknew they would do.
"But he (Jesus) knew their thoughts ...." Luke 6:8. He did not make or dictate their thoughts.
"But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men...." Jn.2:24. He already knew who would accept Him and who would not.
"And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man." He did not need anyone to inform Him as to what others were thinking or would do. He already knew.
"For he (Jesus) knew who should betray him ...." Jn.13:11. He knew Judas' decision before the world began, and Judas did exactly what Jesus knew he would choose to do... Betray Him.
"For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son ...." Rom.8:29. Predestination is based upon God's foreknowledge of each person's willful choices and decisions.
"Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ ...." 1Pet.1:2. Since God foreknew who would believe, that was pre-destined to be so and they were therefore pre-elected "according to the foreknowledge of God ...." of their future decision to accept Christ as their Savior.
"So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God." Rom.14:12. And if we are accountable for our choices and decisions, it stands to reason that we also willfully made those choices and decisions. God did not make them for us. It was His sovereign will to give us a free will. RB

Before A Final Decision On Critical Issues, Put Things In Perspective
Common Sense Commentary:
Decisions should be based upon facts and knowledge of a situation plus prayer. The more serious the situation, the more important the decision, the more through should be the search for facts and knowledge related to the problem. If lives hang in the balance, the more lives involved, the more essential it is to study, search, consult, question, analyse and consider every single fact which can be learned before making that final decision. This is true whether the situation is on a national level, a business level, a physical level or a spiritual level. It is, in fact, most important on a spiritual level. That is why God moved the highly knowledgeable and perceptive, Apostle Paul to challenge the young minister, Timothy, to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Tim.2:15. Paul was cautioning young Timothy to be right, always be right, to be sure he was understanding the truth of a matter, both in his own heart and mind, for his own sake; But even more importantly, to be right in his words to others, his teaching and preaching the holy, eternal things of God. "Timothy, be sure your understanding and your teaching never misleads people concerning their souls, their eternity."
The most important time spent in building anything, fighting a battle or doing great things for God, other than prayer, is the time spent in planning, preparing, analysing facts of information and anticipation of what could go wrong with your plan, and developing a plan "B" and "C". But one must also know the moment of time when the balance between planning, decision and action has been reached, and planning must cease, decision must be made and action taken. Those Officers on the Bridge of the Titanic had volumes of plans, planing , practice and experience .... but they failed in their decisions and actions. Judas had been taught by Jesus Himself for three and a half solid years, day and night, the plan of God. He was as well taught on the facts and knowledge of God as the other Apostles ... but he failed in his final decision and actions. He turned away from the truth. He rejected Christ as his Savior. He betrayed and sold out Jesus and His Church for money. He betrayed himself, as well, by that one bad decision. Before a final decision, put things in perspective....
The lesson here is, "Get your facts straight and keep things in perspective; You are dealing with the Creator of the universe, the eternal, all powerful, all knowing God who gave his Son to die a horrible death for your sins. Be very careful in your final decision concerning your eternal soul. He will not change His mind. Will you?" RB

Radio silence was broken, in the ships wheelhouse, by an excited voice ...

A True American Patriot President As Compared To A Satanic Counterfeit
Common Sense Commentary: How is it possible that our country has come so far down in such a short few years? What was previously impossible is now a reality. What has happened to our government is far beyond a human level of capability. It is no less than an evil miracle which can only be explained by the fact of the existence of a real Devil called Satan.

Mark Up One Victory For Us And Another Rare Defeat For Obama And Democrats
Common Sense Commentary: History has shown that when a government succeeds in taking away all of its citizen's guns, the next thing they take away is their freedom. The very nature of an ungodly government inhabited by ungodly politicians is ungodly actions clothed in peace and safety talk and promises of free stuff. I am thankful the U.S. Senate voted against this U.N. Resolution to confiscate all of our civilian guns... but ... if just four more Democrats had voted with their fellow Democrats, we would have lost our 2nd Amendment Freedom to own and "bear" arms. You will notice, below, that nearly all Democrats voted with the U.N. and president Obama, but not a single Republican voted with them. The sad fact is that many of those who voted against the bill did so because they feared the voting public would turn them out of office at the next election. This is the second big loss for Obama. The other being the close Hobby Lobby vote of the U.S.Supreme Court. You Florida friends need to get rid of one of your Senators, Nelson. Check the list below to see how your Senators voted on this important issue. RB
A defeat for Obama and his Liberal Scoialist DemocratsWonderful!!! A 53-46 voteThe U.N. Resolution 2117 lists 21 points dealing with firearms control, but perhaps of most interest is point number 11.It: "CALLS FOR MEMBER STATES TO SUPPORT WEAPONS COLLECTION and DISARMAMENT of all UN countries".By a 53-46 vote - The U.S. Senate voted against the U.N. resolution!!!This is that brief, glorious moment in history when everyone stands around...reloading.Now, Which 46 Senators Voted to Destroy Us? Well, let their names become known ! See below . If you vote in one of the states listed with these 46 "legislators" vote against them.In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The Statement of Purpose from the Senate Bill reads: "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented aninternational gun registry - now get this, on all private guns and ammo.Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power. Here are the 46 senators who voted to give your rights to the U.N.Baldwin (D-WI)Baucus (D-MT)Bennett (D-CO)Blumenthal (D-CT)Boxer (D-CA)Brown (D-OH)Cantwell (D-WA)Cardin (D-MD)Carper (D-DE)Casey (D-PA)Coons (D-DE)Cowan (D-MA)Durbin (D-IL)Feinstein (D-CA)Franken (D-MN)Gillibrand (D-NY)Harkin (D-IA)Hirono (D-HI)Johnson (D-SD)Kaine (D-VA)King (I-ME)Klobuchar (D-MN)Landrieu (D-LA)Leahy (D-VT)Levin (D-MI)McCaskill (D-MO)Menendez (D-NJ)Merkley (D-OR)Mikulski (D-MD)Murphy (D-CT)Murray (D-WA)Nelson (D-FL)Reed (D-RI)Reid (D-NV)Rockefeller (D-WV)Sanders (I-VT)Schatz (D-HI)Schumer (D-NY)Shaheen (D-NH)Stabenow (D-MI)Udall (D-CO)Udall (D-NM)Warner (D-VA)Warren (D-MA)Whitehouse (D-RI)Wyden (D-OR)What? There Is No Gray Area Between God And Satan, Good And Evil
Common Sense Commentary: Truth is true and Error is false. A half truth is a whole lie, a little white lie is a big black lie. There is no gray area between God and Satan, good and evil. Lucifer was an archangel in heaven whose name meant "Light Reflector". His assigned calling was to reflect the glorious light of God. He had no light of his own. God created him covered with precious gems to reflect the glorious light of God. "Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold .... prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee." Ezek.28:13 & 15. Lucifer did his job until his beauty and high position made him proud and then ambitious to become God, himself. (Isa.14:12-15). So Lucifer was cast out of heaven and thereby lost his only light, the reflected light of God's glory. Even with his brilliant reflecting covering he became darkness ... without the light of God. Darkness is nothing but the absence of light. When God cast him out into the earth, he brought his darkness with him and the entire earth became darkness. That was the state of earth, in Gen.1:2 "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep." The verb "was" here is the Hebrew word hayah and means "became". It is translated "became" in Gen.2:7 & 19:26. So the earth "became" darkness and Lucifer became Satan who is also said to have the "powers of darkness". He was using that power on Eve in Gen.3:1-5. In these verses God says Satan was "subtle". This Heb. word "arum" means elusive, wiley, cunning, crafty. Jesus said he was a "liar and the father of it" in Jn.8:44. When he was talking to Eve, he, the liar, never called God a liar but he lied about God and cast a shadow of doubt on God's word, misquoted God's word, contradicted God's word and accused God of not being exactly honest. So he was dealing in illusions and deception which Eve fell for and Adam acquiesced to. Satan misled them into believing there was a gray area between what God said and what Satan said. He didn't say God was a liar but suggested that God had ulterior motives and it was alright for them to violate God's word. Satan uses this same gray area method today. All false prophets insert some measure of truth in their heresies. A little taste of truth makes the poison medicine go down easier.
This is clearly seen Acts.16:16-18 "And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. Notice that this happened when the disciples "went to prayer". Satan interrupted them and distracted the people with a demon possessed girl. The word spirit of "divination", Greek "python", means she had an evil soothsaying demon or snake, and yet, what she was saying was the truth. Satan was trying to plant another Judas among the disciples. No doubt some of the people believed this demon possessed girl was part of the apostolic team and may have been open to believe the heresies she would have spewed out later, if Paul had not rebuked the evil python spirit and cast it out of her. This is why we should never take any professing preacher at face value. Satan has more false prophets than the Lord has faithful ones. We must measure them by time and testing what they believe and do consistently. That is what is meant in 1 Jn.4:1 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." There is no gray area between God and the Devil, good and evil. There may appear to be but if the whole truth were known, a thing is either true or false, good or bad.
We have all witnessed or been guilty of feeling that "my carnal weakness is in the gray area; yours is in the black". But God's word says, "Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things." Rom.2:1. There are no gray areas between good and evil.
Some people have a real hang-up concerning the food God wants us to eat or not eat. The truth is, all food is acceptable in moderation... And no food is acceptable in excess. But even though the Scripture is clear on this fact, if you think it is wrong for you to eat it, it is wrong. "I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean." Rom.14:14. Even though a thing is OK, if you think it is wrong, don't do it because you would be rebelling against what you thought was wrong in God's eyes. That is not the same as a thing being absolutely wrong but you think it is OK. It is still wrong.
The Scripture says that in the last days (I think we are there) that some people will be ..."Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer." 1 Tim.42-5. There is no gray area here, but if something we do is thought to be wrong by a Christian brother, we are wrong to do it in front of them, even if it is not Scripturally wrong.
"For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak. Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth." Rom.14:20-22. RB
