Mike Johnson, Republican from Louisiana, stopped the swearing-in ceremony.

Citing our country’s history of Judeo-Christian values, Johnson requested participants be sworn in again using the correct verbiage.

Guess what? Johnson was rebuked and chastised.

Looks of disgust were plastered all over the faces of Democrats.

Johnson was told “NO” — end of discussion — by Jerry Nadler!

Nadler comes from the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

No surprise that he is Nancy Pelosi’s point man to take down Trump.

Nadler abruptly turned off Johnson’s microphone after issuing his edict.

I Was Wrong, There Appears To Be A Sane Democrat

One! I'm not saying he is also moral. That's considering the fact that he voted for Hilary and is "a long time Democrat" which means he supports abortion, same sex marriage, big government, no borders, and free everything Socialism ... but just not the full blown Communism espoused by all the Dem Prez candidates. The best thing about this unusually sane Democrat is that he, being a highly successful black man, did not hesitate to tell CNBC, and therefore the whole world, that President Trump has done a lot of good things and that the Democrats are going to have to reject the extreme left wing and turn back right, or lose the 2020 election. Not many blacks, in business, who have a lot to lose, would dare say such a thing until now. Why? It means that this well informed, sane billionaire recognizes a very real change in the political wind among our black voters, if not among their political leadership. This fact has crossed my mind numerous times over the last two years. There seems to be a ground swell of previously "all in" Democrat, black, supporters who have seen the light of Democrat contradictions and the good that Trump has done for them and for all of America. If just 20 % of blacks vote for Trump and another, larger than normal, bunch don't bother to vote at all, it will shift the odds farther right, to Trump, and also to some strong Conservative Constitutionalists running for Congress. None of which are Democrats.

Trump, Says Dems Moved Too Far Left

Black Entertainment Television founder and longtime Democrat Robert Johnson said in an interview that aired Tuesday that the Democratic Party has become too liberal to defeat President Trump in 2020, unless major changes are made.

“The party in my opinion, for me personally, has moved too far to the left,” Johnson told CNBC’s Hadley Gamble.

Johnson – the country’s first African-American billionaire, according to Forbes – went on to say that because the party has become so liberal, he isn’t supporting a particular 2020 candidate at this time. 

“I think at the end of the day, if a Democrat is going to beat Trump, then that person, he or she, will have to move to the center and you can’t wait too long to do that,” Johnson said. “The message of some of the programs that Democrats are pushing are not resonating with the majority of the American people.” 

Johnson said the current far-left state of the Democratic Party will work well in the primaries but won’t help in a general election, especially since he feels Trump has his base locked up. The BET founder, who supported Hillary Clinton in 2016, even praised some of Trump’s recent accomplishments.

The main strain on my frail brain is the Deep State's constant Media refrain to Lucifer's global reign which paints evil good and good evil in his typical devilish feign though all and forever vain.

He is real and essentially letting human "free will" play itself out on the stage of world history and in each individual life. But free will carries with it responsibility for our actions, eternal consequences for disobedience, and eternal blessings for faithfulness.

So our Creator King gave us life and stepped back from total domination of his subjects and set before us two open, destiny, doors and two ways to live. He granted each of us freedom of thought, word and action.... freedom to choose our way. The one is broad and the other narrow. (Jesus in Matt.7:13-14) Choose your way.

In God's creation there are many truths of nature and of human logic, as well as Spiritual and Eternal truths. Some natural truths of human logic have to do with gravity, flight, science, medicine, health, hygiene, finances, human government etc. There are lies and perversions of all of these good things. An example is the so-called "Deep State", orchestrated by Satan, whose purpose has never changed since he led a rebellion against God in heaven, as Lucifer, an Archangel. He wants to pervert both logic and holiness by dethroning God, corrupting all that is holy, and  becoming God in this world as he sought to be God in heaven. That was before he was cast out into the earth and brought his devilish darkness with him. Which darkness he shares with his subordinate followers and empowers them in this Battle of the ages. There are thousands of evil ways which have right, and even holy sounding names and counterfeit causes, but just one truly right and holy way... the good and logic Jesus way.

with a high sounding name and a charitable list of false causes to draw in the gullible. Lift the curtain and it is The kingdom Of Darkness, The Domain Of The Devil, The Deep State, or The Broad Way That Leadeth To Destruction. The "wide gate and broad way" has thousands of lanes leading to destruction, each with an enticing name. But, alas, just one gate and one lane lead to Life... faith in Jesus Christ.

The latest overall declines in patriotism are largely driven by Democrats, whose self-reported pride has historically been lower and has fluctuated more than Republicans'.   Democrats' latest 22% extreme pride   reading is the group's lowest in Gallup's 19 years of measurement, and is half of what it was several months before Donald Trump's 2016 election victory.

For their part, most   Republicans have remained extremely proud of their country, and the latest 76%   reading is just 10 points below the high recorded in 2003. Even when Barack Obama was in office, Republicans' extreme pride never fell below 68%.

Independents have historically been less proud of the U.S. than Republicans have been; currently, 41% express extreme pride -- which is, by one point, the lowest reading in the trend.

It Is Outrageous That We Should Even Have To Be Debating Baby Killing

Neither side has to ask what God thinks about it.

The death struggle, between defenders of "Right to life", for babies, and the "Right to kill them" advocates, has now morphed into a high fevered pitch ... Unconditional Abortion right up to the baby's delivery.  Some of them are even claiming the mother's "right to choose" to abort her baby after it is delivered.

How is such a rabid, heartless mentality even possible? And how have we allowed such possibilities to even be discussed, much less done? Many Christians knew from the beginning that to allow the opening of the Roe Vs Wade door that all kinds of hellish designs would follow. So, sure enough, it is here. Their next step will be letting the birthed baby lay there and die or killing it. Then it will be the old people's turn for their elimination, if they are found to be useless to society, over a certain age or require too much care. All of that is simply another example of God's warning that   "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Gal.6:7.  And Hosea 8:7 "For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind."    Indeed, most Godless politicians, and those who voted them into office, have sown the seeds of what the nation is now seeing come to pass. Even Christian citizens who stood aside and let it happen will answer to God for their silence.

We can look to God's word and see his divine, devoted care for us all, even before we are born. King David alluded to God's oversight and tender conception, followed by the development and birth of each of us. He even had all our parts, and DNA,  "in His book". All babies are precious to God and should be to all of us. For instance, David spoke of God's devotion to babies, even before they are born, in Psalms 139:14.    "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought .... Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them." 

Everyone who reads this is on one side or the other.
It is impossible to be neutral on aborting what God describes in those verses.

SEN. SASSE PRESENTS BILL OUTLAWING INFANTICIDE AND ONE SENATE DEMOCRAT MOVES TO BLOCK IT

Democratic Washington Sen. Patty Murray moved to block a measure Monday that would have outlawed infanticide.

The bill, presented by Republican Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse, was titled the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” and would have offered medical care and legal protections to infants who survived attempted abortions.

Sasse addressed the topic from the Senate floor Monday evening, calling for unanimous consent and saying, “Frankly, this shouldn’t be hard.”

Murray objected to the measure, saying that it was unnecessary to move forward since infanticide is already illegal — and her objection prevented the bill from receiving the support Sasse had asked for.

Sasse took up the effort following remarks from embattled Democratic Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, who had been speaking in defense of a late-term abortion bill in his home state.

“We are actually talking about babies that have been born. The only debate on the floor tonight is about infanticide. . . . This is about fourth-trimester abortion,” Sasse said Monday. “Everyone in this Senate ought to be able to say that the little baby deserves life, that she has rights, and that killing her is wrong.”

Sasse’s effort is not the first attempt to protect infants who survive late-term abortions, either — and it’s not the first time a Democrat has moved to block the move. In 2002, former President George W. Bush signed a similar measure into law. One year later, Barack Obama voted against an identical bill in the Illinois Senate. In January 2018, H.R.4712 – Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act passed the House.

The push to legalize late-term abortions has hit several states — most notably New York, Virginia and Rhode Island — and has drawn criticism from Republicans, pro-life advocates and even physicians.

Dr. Omar Hamada, a former flight surgeon and theologian who appeared on Fox News to discuss New York’s recently-passed legislation expanding abortion rights, took to Twitter to explain why access to  late-term abortions was not about the health of the mother or the child. “There’s not a single fetal or maternal condition that requires third trimester abortion,” he tweeted. “Not one. Delivery, yes. Abortion, no.”

Former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop offered a similar take in 1980, saying, “Protection of the life of the mother as an excuse for an abortion is a smoke screen. In my 36 years of pediatric surgery, I have never known of one instance where the child had to be aborted to save the mother’s life. If toward the end of the pregnancy complications arise that threaten the mother’s health, the doctor will induce labor or perform a Cesarean section. His intention is to save the life of both the mother and the baby. The baby’s life is never willfully destroyed because the mother’s life is in danger."

An NBC News analyst declared President Trump the winner of the first Democratic presidential debate of the 2020 election cycle.

Author and reporter Jonathan Allen expressed surprise that Trump emerged "largely unscathed" as the field of 10 candidates mostly avoided direct attacks on him.

Allen said the Democrats seemed more focused on positioning themselves furthest to the left to win over primary voters, rather than appealing to the swing voters that decided the 2016 election.

"For long stretches, it seemed, they completely forgot about the man who has been at the center of pretty much every discussion among Democrats for the last two-plus years — the man they're competing to take on next year. The obvious reason: The motivation to beat each other was, on this night, more urgent than defeating Trump — a life-or-death moment for some of their campaigns. Trump was the chief beneficiary of that dynamic," Allen wrote.

He noted that after the debate, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., argued that ignoring Trump was intentional because "he’s an old show that people are getting tired of.”

Allen argued that by doing so, Democrats could allow Trump "to exploit their divisions and position himself for re-election" and "he was one step closer to that after Wednesday's debate."

The sentiment was shared by MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, who said it was “a missed opportunity” for Democrats to not go after frontrunner Joe Biden or President Trump. Another MSNBC commentator, Donny Deutsch declared confidently after the debate that none of the 10 candidates on the stage could defeat Trump next year, including Warren.

Meantime, New York Post columnist John Podhoretz saw things similarly, taking particular issue with the candidates' far-left push on immigration. He said the candidates "spent far more time talking about how they would help illegal immigrants than about how they would help the voters they most need to win over" and that will benefit Trump.

"If I were Brad Parscale, Donald Trump’s campaign manager, I would be dancing a jig — because if this is the way the Democrats and the media want to discuss the economy and immigration, he is going to have a field day with the quotes they will generate from now until the election," he wrote.

A Bible that once belonged to President Abraham Lincoln resurfaced 150 years after his death, pointing to the faith he clung to at a pivotal moment in American history and when he was growing more overtly religious.
Lincoln's faith has long been debated over the years. He was known as the "village atheist" as a young man but he gave one of the most explicitly religious speeches ever by a president during his second inaugural address. Scholars say the new discovery helps solidify his faith in his later years.

On Thursday, the Bible will go on display for the first time at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Ill.

The 16th president was given the Holy Book on June 16, 1864, during a rare wartime trip to Philadelphia raising money for wounded soldiers, where Lincoln donated 48 signed copies of the Emancipation Proclamation that were sold for fundraising. He was gifted the 18-pound, gilted Bible decorated with the words "faith," "hope," and "charity" by the hospital that treated wounded and ill soldiers during the Civil War.

Mary Lincoln, a widow after Lincoln's assassination, gave the Bible, the sixth known to historians that was owned by the Lincoln family, to their neighbor who lived across the street.

The neighbor was the Rev. Noyes W. Miner, a Baptist minister who read the book of Job at the Republican president's funeral. On the back, the first lady inscribed: “Mrs. Abraham Lincoln to N.W. Miner, D.D., Oct. 15, 1872.”

She wrote that Miner was "a friend very much beloved by my husband" and historians speculate the former first lady gave the Bible to Miner as a way to protect her husband's legacy as she had angrily rejected assertions that he was an atheist. 

Miner once wrote that Lincoln “believed not only in the overwhelming Providence of God, but in the divinity of the Sacred Scriptures" and that the first lady told him at Ford's Theater that Lincoln was planning a post-White House visit to Jerusalem to “see the places hallowed by the footsteps of the Saviour.”

On Oct. 15, 1881, Miner wrote: "the bullet from the pistol of the assassin entered his brain, and the soul of the great and good President was carried by the angels to the New Jerusalem above." 

Another Bible owned by Lincoln was used by former President Barack Obama at his 2009 and 2013 inauguration and it was also used by President Trump at his 2017 inauguration.

The recently unveiled Bible will go on public display at the request of Miner's family, who passed the keepsake down from generation to generation.

“The donation of this Bible offers a new opportunity to reflect on Lincoln’s religious beliefs,” Ian Hunt, head of acquisitions for the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, said in a statement. “It’s a tangible connection to the fascinating question of what Lincoln believed and how those beliefs evolved as he endured tragedy after tragedy.”
