God Knows Your Dangers & Trials And Has A Purpose

There's ALWAYS a way through them, a remedy, an answer, or sure defence. At the least, there is a purpose in them or God would not have allowed them to happen.   "... All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Rom.8:28.   Just think it through, look deeply into it, pray for an open door, a hand holt, and grab whatever survival method God provides...The thing you fear most may become your supper.   "God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way... perfect." 2 Sam.22:33.

Most Great Opportunities Are Brilliantly Disguised As Impossible

Lucifer must have been certain that it was possible to overthrow God, but it was not. He also must have thought it impossible for him to lose his light (God's), his beauty (God's), his power (God's) and his presence in God's heaven. He lost it all. But he thought it his destiny and campaigned to become "equal" with God, have equal power, and even Superior glory (Isa.14:11-15).  Though cast out, He clung to and brought his lust for equality to earth with him and tutored Eve in his share and share alike agenda, in all things equal, contradiction of socialism. The reason it doesn't work is that God instituted the law of sowing and reaping ...    "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Gal.6:7     People have been trying to short circuit God's law of reaping what we sow ever since the day Eve met Satan in the garden.  Actually the mask of "Social Equality" has hidden the real face of Lucifer, Communist Atheistic Socialism which gives all the power and privilege to the political authorities who enforce it.

Now, down on the ground, in Eden, Lucifer, having lost the reflective light of God, had become Satan (accuser), and still wanting to be more equal than God, was accusing God to Eve that God just didn't want to share His knowledge, power and Deity. Eve corrected Lucifer, the Satan Serpent, and said that God had told them not to disobey Him,   "lest ye die".   But Satan denied God's word and said,   "Ye shall not surely die". Gen.3:3-4.    But Titus 1:2 declares that   "God cannot lie".   And Heb.6:18 says that it is    "impossible for God to lie".

Adam and Eve must have been convinced that it was possible to disobey their Creator's warning, and get away with it. They concluded that, maybe Lucifer was right and God just didn't want to share his Deity, his knowledge and power. Maybe that really was possible ... but it was not, and disobedience cost them their innocence, their close fellowship with God, and eventually their lives. 
And that was only the seed of sin. Now, nearly 7000 years later, sin has spread, as seed will, throughout the earth.    "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

Later, Noah's global flood, covering every mountain, and drowning all but those in the Ark, was an impossible idea to the people of that day. The Ark was a clear but seemingly lunatic effort, on Noah's part, to escape a global flood of water... when it had never even rained on earth up to that point (Gen.2:5 & 7:4). It was an impossible possibility ... But Noah had heard God's word that it would, indeed come to pass... and it did.  Noah didn't want social equality with God, he wanted God's will for his life.

Later still, the descendants of Noah saw no point in "replenishing the earth" as God had commanded (Genesis 1:28), but chose to centralize, unify and build an escape tower, as their great grandfather, Noah, had built a giant life-boat to escape the flood. They knew that would require their united efforts to escape future floods or other disasters, so they united. God had given them a free will and high intelligence. So they decided to build their tower all the way to heaven, however high that might be. So they departed God's intended purpose of people and launched what they deemed a better plan and purpose for their safety. So they instituted the first and only nation at that time, Babel, composed of a single, world socialist complex, one law, one authority, Nimrod, one language and one goal. The global renegade, Satan, was glad to provide a heretic ruler named Nimrod, son of Cush, son of Ham, son of Noah. Noah's great grandson.  Nimrod led the united human socialist effort to build something perceived as spiritual and practical with their own hands and intelligence. It would be the a testimony to the world of their ability, their genius, and the means and proof of their Religion Of The Possible to preserve them all in total equally.... except for Nimrod and his Cabinet.

Gen.11:6.   "Nothing". What they had been falsely convinced was possible, turned out to be impossible, and God rejected their fantasy, divided their nation, terminated their progress and split up their unity.
The scrambling of their original language into many languages is the tool God used to separate them into many nations to accomplish His purpose. Babel was the first United Globalism effort ... but God garbled, decentralized, confused and scattered it to the winds. But the demonic ambition of Satan is still forcing the same issue forward... unite in global equality of power, knowledge and all things. Destroy the exceptional, and desire for excellence, if it cannot be made equal to all, and it cannot and will never be. Each person is unique, different from everyone else as was true with Adam, Eve, and their sons and daughters. 

Almost anything people can imagine, as God said above, can be accomplished ... in time, but not everything.  Where God has put a barrier, nobody can pass beyond it. When Jesus warned in Matt.6:24 that,     "No man can serve two masters... Ye cannot serve God and mammon"    He drew an eternal line which cannot be crossed. And there are many other totally impossible things listed in the Bible.  When Jesus said in Luke 1:37,   "For with God, nothing shall be impossible",    he did not include God lying or sinning or violating His own word in any way. But, other than that evil contradiction, nothing is impossible for Him.

So Lucifer's original objection to God's superiority to Lucifer and his angels,
and his obsession with total equality with God, in all things, is a contradiction to 
God's will and word (Gal.6:7), and Socialism carries that heresy at its core. The only way two people are perfectly equal is in the love of God and in their free will opportunity to accept Him as their LORD and Savior through faith in Jesus Christ. God is preeminent, unequaled, superior and perfect in every way. We, are simply different and unequal from each other in every way, but totally inferior to our Creator. However, by yielding unto Him He redeems us...     "And hath made us kings and priests unto God ... to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." Rev.1:6.

In The Name Of "Providence"

Like everything else, words and dictionaries change meanings over time. To better understand our first U.S. President's definite acknowledgment of God in his letter to Pennsylvania's Speaker of the House, one must understand his use of the capitalized title he used for God ... "Providence". I have witnessed in my 88 years the gradual changing of English word meanings since my youth. For instance, the word 'vulgar' once meant common but now is used to mean 'nasty'.  To speak or write my thoughts as accurately as I can, my years have bred in me an appreciation for the oldest dictionaries available to me. Since I can't seek them out in libraries, I use the oldest one I have which is 65 years old which I bought in my early twenties in Seminary. It is Webster's 7th addition since 1916. This 'Collegiate Dictionary' is old but defines words more nearly to their original meanings than newer versions. This is important because our Founding Fathers used words like 'Providence', capitalized, meaning 'God' during their lifetimes.  Orthodox  Jews still dare not speak the word God or write it except as G_D. Even the word Jehovah, translated from the Hebrew word YHVH or JHVH, which is unpronounceable, needs three added vowels to pronounce it... YAHOVEH. This may be the reason many early Americans referred to God as 'Providence' with a Capital 'P', a title for God. 

My old worn and tattered Webster's defines the word 'Providence' as, The act of God providing and preparing for us by Divine guidance and care through prudence and good habits. God perceived of as guiding men through his prescience, loving care or intervention.    I combined four sentences into two.

        

I give that introduction to clarify Washington's use of this common reference to Jehovah God 231 years ago in America, since that word is seldom used today.

Our First President's reference to God, the Constitution, and "the honest endeavors of the well meaning part of the People of this Country"  testifies clearly that though much has changed, one thing that has not is the obnoxious presence of the hellion element always opposed to God and the Constitution. And, thank God there are also still more courageous, Constitutional and God loving patriots standing firmly for right.

If he is "proven" guilty of a capital crime by a fair and balanced court trial .... I will yield to the proven facts, not just charges, and I will support Vice President Pence. But I will never support the Party of abortion, homosexual marriage, open borders to all comers, paying people who won't work, legalizing illegal drugs, haters of police and military, a party composed of people like all of those Socialist Democrats running for president. In fact, I would give my life to stop them. At 88 I wouldn't be giving up much. ... but its all I have left and is valuable to me.

I Hate My Wife 3 Hours And 56 Minutes A Day

What evil thing has she done ? 

If you have never had your DNA analyzed by one of those ancestor, heritage organizations, don't if you hate any ethnic group. You may discover you have some of their DNA in you.  I had mine done and I was surprised to learn I am 100% European. I had been told by an aunt, and my mother that we had some American Indian in our blood.  So since Americans have stopped hating Indians, the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction so that now people brag about their "Native American" Heritage, whether they have any or not.  Senator Elizabeth Warren, of Massachusetts, is a classic example. She has claimed her race as "American Indian" for many years, even though she is blond and pale. It got her scholarships and preferential acceptance in college, preferential consideration as a professor in several Universities, including Harvard Law School. Then she was elected a U.S. Senator from  Massachusetts, from which we have been blessed with several other raunchy politicians. And now she is running for President but only now have we 
discovered that all those Affirmative Actions were based on a tiny drip of her DNA, barely discernible.  But, then, lying only seems to bother Democrats when its a Republican, a right to lifer, an opponent of same sex marriage, or a Christian who doesn't use drugs or curse. So she may be our next President, lies, pale face, perverted politics and all. 

Back to my wife. Having learned of my true DNA identity, I sent for a DNA kit for Bettie. She too showed up as 100% European, but her DNA exposed an unknown, by anyone on earth, secret which exploded in our minds. She had always thought that, since her maiden name was Ashcraft that she was of German heritage. As it turns out, she is 79% English, 14.9% Scandinavian and 6.1% Ashkinazi Jewish. That shocked us both.  I fell in love with a Jew.  And everyone on earth knows that Jews are to be scorned, persecuted, and hated.  But, I thought she was a wonderful woman. She has never acted like a Jew, whatever that means, and she is the mother of our six children. How can she be a Christian? Its too late for me to hate her 100% ... but her DNA shows her at 6.1 %  Jewish, so maybe I don't have to hate her all the time, but only 6.1 % of the time.  So, how much time is that? Can I just save up that 6.1 until she does something I don't like? Can I just hate her while I'm sleeping and never realize it? Could it be like a bad dream? I didn't know whether I should pack my bags or not, so I figured out how many hours a day I had to hate her. It came out that 6.1% of 24 hours is 3 hours and 56 minutes of hate per day. So I'll just save it up and let it loose from 12:01 to 3:01 AM when I don't know what I'm doing.

Jews have always been persecuted. When the Roman Emperor drove all the Jews out of their Holy Land home country, they scattered all over the known world and 10 of their 12 tribes were considered "lost tribes" for centuries. How could that be? Part of the reason for it is that they scattered into Europe, Asia, Africa and later all over the world. Those who went into Europe, especially Germany, were so persecuted that many changed their names to German names. The word, Ashkenazi, is from the Hebrew word Ashkenaz, the medieval rabbinical name for Germany.

Some of those European governments required everyone to have a surname, so some Jews gave themselves a common last name of that particular country or just made up a name. For instance, my wife's maiden name, Ashcraft, is considered to be German. But almost surely, since she has no German blood at all, her German Jewish ancestors probably named themselves a surname with the last syllable "craft" and the first syllable "Ash" from the rabbinical, Ashkinaz, which means Germany. Thus Ashcraft became recognized as a German name, though they were Jewish.  The same kind of thing was happening in other parts of Europe. So over time, Ashkenazi (German) Jews were classified as European.

By mass renaming, many European Jews, over  time, lost their  Jewish Identity and assimilated into their Gentile surroundings... only to be resurrected by the recent development of DNA science. Mrs. Blair included.

Remember that in the Old Testament, they didn't have last names. Isaac was "Isaac, the son of Abraham". Abraham had no last name. Adam and Eve had no last name. Neither did Noah or anyone else. Isaacson, Jacobson and other crafted surnames came much later. Even the Apostles didn't have last names. European surnames first arose in the Roman Empire.

The greatest question about anti-Semitism (hatred of Jews) is, why do so many people, Nazis and Muslims included, hate Jews so much? The most obvious uniqueness of the Jewish race is that God chose the Jews for His special use. It was through them that He sent the Holy Bible and His Son, Jesus, to be the one and only Messiah and Savior in the world.  The Devil didn't like it, couldn't punish God, so he took it out on God's chosen people and now on Christians as well.

My last word is, that it doesn't even matter what race or nationality or ancestors you may have, horse thieves or royalty. What does matter is what you believe.    "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life."    So if God loves every soul on earth, we should also love their souls even if we don't like their attitude, false religion or politics. We can't win them to Christ if we hate them.  Hebrews 1:9 says that God hates "iniquity" ... sin ... but not the sinner. He loves the soul of each of us sinners... Red, Yellow, Black, Brown, Pink or Pale.  Jesus loved everyone but that didn't stop Him from rebuking evil doers. 

It is what you think, believe, say and do that matters to God. The worst of people do enough evil stuff to expose their fallen nature and flawed character ; of which we all are tainted to some degree. Racial difference is not one of them, but I'm still impressed with my Jewish wife's 6.1%.

If The National Emergencies Act Does Not Apply Here, It Is A Democrat Farce

War is just one kind of National Emergency. 

You may not call the present crisis a war, but we are at war on our southern border, and losing, to narcotics smugglers, human traffickers, gangs and other criminal elements, disease, and  hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. In the 43 years the National Emergency Act has been in force, it has been utilized by Presidents about 60 times, most of those times the emergency was far less serious than the one now existing along our southern border. What is happening along our 1954 mile long southern border, 2/3 of which has no fence, if not a truly valid  National Emergency, the word has no meaning.  

We have about 50,000 miles of Interstate Highways which would cost as much per mile, if built today, as the proposed border fence. We already have about 700 miles of fence which holds back mass walkovers and this new super fence, more than a wall, will make crossings far more difficult for all but a few trapeze artists, which border patrol can deal with. And long lasting fences are cheaper than 24 hour a day human guards.

It is disgusting that the Democrat Party is so appallingly inconsistent and vicious in their effort to destroy our duly elected President, simply because he does not follow their New World Order, Socialistic Party line which is actually World Communism without borders and without freedom.

It has been used 60 times for all sorts of "emergencies", 90% of those were less of an emergency than this one. For his part, Barack Obama declared 13 national emergencies.  If Obama's 13 different emergencies were so important, name me two or three of them. But nobody will forget President Trump's reason for declaring our border calamity a national emergency... because it is.  RB

The National Emergencies Act (NEA) enacted September 14, 1976, and codified .... is a United States federal law passed to end all previous national states of emergency and to formalize the emergencies powers of the President.

The Act empowers the President to activate special powers during a crisis but imposes certain procedural formalities when invoking such powers. The perceived need for the law arose from the scope and number of laws granting special powers to the executive in times of national emergency. Congress can undo a state of emergency declaration with either a joint resolution and the President's signature, or with a veto-proof (two-thirds) majority vote.^[1] Powers available under this Act are limited to the 136 emergency powersCongress has defined by law.^[2]

The legislation was signed by President Gerald Ford on September 14, 1976.^[3] As of February 2019, 59 national emergencies have been declared, and the United States is under 31 continuing declared states of national emergency.^[1][4]

The International Emergency Economic Powers Act, enacted in 1977, falls under the National Emergencies Act, which means that an emergency declared under that Act must be renewed annually to remain in effect.

The first President to issue an emergency proclamation^[5][6] was Woodrow Wilson, who on February 5, 1917, issued the following:

Does The 6th Commandment "Thou Shalt Not Kill" Include Civil Execution

Every time there is a Civil Execution, these days, in the US, there is a crowd of people outside the prison carrying signs in opposition to Capital Punishment. Invariably some of the signs quote God's 6th commandment, "Thou shalt not kill". The Main Street Media are always there interviewing, and often a family member will say something like one sister asked loudly, "Did they expect that old man my brother killed to live forever? The State is against murder but they are in there murdering my brother".  Are Murderers, who are legally tried, found guilty, convicted, and sentenced to death by the court, murdered? No, not according to the Constitution or the Bible. Execution for Capital Crime is an act of civil obedience to the civil law of God. 

The word "civil", from the Latin civis, means a civilized citizen or a civilized society. Civil law arises from civilizing tribes, states and nations. Where there are no "civilized" laws there is no societal tranquility but unpunished, out of control, uncivilized predators committing acts of rape, robbery, murder, and all kinds of evil ... dominating and assaulting weaker victims.

The death sentence in Eden, the death sentence of Noah's flood, and the second death following the final judgment, were and will be, God's Divine Judgment against His violated will and holiness. That  is not civil, societal judgment but Divine Judgment. 

The Civil Judgment of Capital Punishment, by a civilized society, was first authorized and commanded by God for the physical and mental welfare of all mankind, in Genesis 9:5-6, some years after Noah's flood. 

"And surely your blood of your lives will I require ... at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man." Gen.9:5-6.

In these two verses, God decreed Human Civil Law and Civil government to be established among all civilizing societies for the welfare of the human race and the sanctity of life itself. If a person murders, not kills, but murders, another human being, he must be executed by that society, and God   "requires"   it. The word "man" in these two verses is the Hebrew word "adam" and means human or mankind, not just one man, but the entire world population of mankind. 

What is the deepest meaning of this basic, God given, foundational, civil law authorizing the execution of a murderer? Why is execution the taproot of all other, lesser laws? Read again the last phrase to find God's reason for civil execution...   "for in the image of God made he man."    Murdering an innocent person, created in the image of God, is an attack upon God himself for God breathed his own life into that image of Himself. It reflects the sanctity of life from the moment life begins. Those two verses are the foundation of the ten Commandments and all civil laws of civilized societies. Which brings us to the 10 Commandments.

I have heard many professing Christians and even famous preachers quote the sixth Commandment,   "Thou shalt not kill" Ex.20:13,   as God's command not to execute murderers. When that interpretation of that Commandment is given, it exposes a lack of   

Bible study.   "Study to show thyself approved unto God ... rightly dividing the word of truth".   You see, the word kill, forbidden in Ex.20:13, is the Hebrew word "ratsach" and means to kill by murder, not accidentally, not in self defence and not by civil execution. Proof text is in the very next chapter, Ex.21:12   "He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death."  The word death here is not "ratsach", as in the 6th Commandment, but it is the Hebrew word "muth" which means required, authorized civil execution. This verse immediately follows the 10 Commandments and throughout Ex.21 the death penalty is put within the responsibility of mankind's civil courts, for murder, kidnapping, vilification of and killing parents, and causing a pregnant woman to lose her child. And these laws of God do not call her baby a fetus or a glob of flesh, but a   "child".   Moses, who penned both Ex.20:13 and Ex.21:12, as God gave him the commandments, could not and would not have made the distinction between "murder" and "execution" within moments of each other... as a contradiction.

"When Jesus, in the New Testament, quoted the 6th Commandment, "Thou shalt not kill", He said    "Thou shalt do no murder", Matt.19:18.    

So, in Jesus name, please do not quote the sixth Commandment as meaning anything but the illegal, unjustified murder of another human being, as Jesus  himself quoted it ...  "MURDER".    And a murderer is to be killed by civil execution ... Gen.9:5-6 and Ex.21:12.

God Knows All Things, But One Thing Was So Bad, It Had Never Come Into His Heart

Of course He foreknew it, but He said that the unjust, evil murder, by sacrificial burning, of children, had never    "come into his heart".

God spoke to Jeremiah, The Weeping Prophet, to warn the people of the consequences of their sin of killing their children by sacrificing them, to a false idea, in the valley of Hinnom, Gehenna. The consequences of "perished truth" and their "stiff necked" rejection of God's word in the murder of their little children, in the fires of a false reality, was ... His rejection and forsaking of them.  Their selfish, heartless sin, of infanticide, was so bad that God said He not only had never said anything that would lead them to believe He wanted that horror to be done, but that such a thing had never come into His heart.

"They hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.  Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee .... But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the Lord their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.... the Lord hath rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath.... they have built the high places .... in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons  and their daughters in the fire; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my heart." Jeremiah 7:26-31.

So what do abortionist doctors or mothers of aborted babies, which they choose to call a fetus, or glob of flesh, or an inconvenience, do with that little body of an aborted being? Exodus 21:22-23 calls it a "child".  Do they put that tiny child in the trash? Do they use its body parts for science?  Do they give it a funeral? Do they privately put it in a $300 dollar casket and bury it in a $2000 cemetery plot, or do they burn it in a special furnace of fire and call it cremation? Is she sacrificing her baby instead of sacrificing her convenience, expense, reputation, leisure, or whatever?  You won't find the answer on Search Engines. You will have to personally contact one of the services whose business it is to get rid of those little bodies. But they won't answer your questions until they are sure you really have the "problem".  It is certain that many of those little innocent inconvenient bodies are burned in crematoria type furnaces .... the cheapest way out.  Can we relate that to what God said in Jeremiah 7: 31 ? I think so.  But thankfully, God's holy word offers mercy and forgiveness even for this sin.   "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9.     Every one of us falls in need of God's forgiveness and cleansing. "Green New Deal"

A number of Democratic Party presidential hopefuls — including Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Kirsten Gillibrand, Julián Castro, and Beto O’Rourke, for starters — have already endorsed or expressed support for the “Green New Deal” (GND). Today, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Edward J. Markey dropped details about her plan.

It is not hyperbole to contend that GND is likely the most ridiculous and un-American plan that’s ever been presented by an elected official to voters. Not merely because it would necessitate a communist strongman to institute, but also because the societal costs are unfathomable. The risible historic analogies Markey and Ocasio-Cortez rely on, the building of the interstate highway system or moon landing, are nothing but trifling projects compared to a plan (that) overhauls modernity by voluntarily destroying massive amounts of wealth and technology. That is the GND.

While some of the specifics need to be ironed out, the plan’s authors assure that this “massive transformation of our society” needs some “clear goals and a timeline.” The timeline is ten years. Here are some of the goals:

• Ban affordable energy. GND calls for the elimination of all fossil fuel energy production, the lifeblood of American industry and life, which includes not only all oil but also natural gas — one of the cheapest sources of American energy, and one of the reasons the United States has been able to lead the world in carbon-emissions reduction.
• Eliminate nuclear energy. The GND also calls for eliminating all nuclear power, one of the only productive and somewhat affordable “clean” energy sources available to us, in 11 years. This move would purge around 20 percent of American energy production so you can rely on intermittent wind for your energy needs.
• Ban cars. To be fair, under the GND, everyone will need to retrofit their cars with Flintstones-style foot holes or pedals for cycling. The authors state that the GND would like to replace every “combustion-engine vehicle” — trucks, airplanes, boats, and 99 percent of cars — within ten years. Charging stations for electric vehicles will be built “everywhere,” though how power plants will provide the energy needed to charge them is a mystery.
• Gut and rebuild every building in America. Markey and Cortez want to “retrofit every building in America” with “state of the art energy efficiency.” I repeat, “every building in America.” That includes every home, factory, and apartment building, which will all need, for starters, to have their entire working heating and cooling systems ripped out and replaced with…well, with whatever technology Democrats are going invent in their committee hearings, I guess.
• Eliminate air travel. GND calls for building out “highspeed rail at a scale where air travel stops becoming necessary.” Good luck Hawaii! California’s high-speed boondoggle is already in $100 billion dollars of debt, and looks to be one of the state’s biggest fiscal disasters ever. Amtrak runs billions of dollars in the red (though, as we’ll see, trains will also be phased out). Imagine growing that business model out to every state in America?
• A government-guaranteed job. The bill promises the United States government will provide every single American with a job that includes a “family-sustaining wage, family and medical leave, vacations, and a pension.” You can imagine that those left in the private sector would be funding these through some unspecified “massive” taxation. On the bright side, when you’re foraging for food, your savings will be worthless.
• Free education for life. GND promises free college or trade schools for every American.
• A salubrious diet. The GND promises the government will provide “healthy food” to every American (because there are no beans or lettuce in your local supermarket, I guess).
• A house. The GND promises that the government will provide, “safe, affordable, adequate housing” for every American citizen. I call dibs on an affordable Adams Morgan townhouse. Thank you, Ocasio-Cortez.
• Free money. The GND aims to provide, and I am not making this up, “economic security” for all who are “unable or unwilling” to work. Just to reiterate: if you’re unwilling to work, the rest of us will have your back.
• Bonus insanity: Ban meat. Ocasio-Cortez admits that we can’t get zero emissions in 10 years “because we aren’t sure that we’ll be able to fully get rid of farting cows and airplanes that fast.” The only way to get rid of farting cows is to get rid of beef.

The GND uses the word “massive” to explain the size “investments” (formerly known as “taxes”) 13 times. How will we pay for this plan? “The same way we did the New Deal, the 2008 bank bailouts and extend quantitative easing,” say Markey and Cortez, who earned her degree in economics at an institution of higher learning that should be immediately decertified. The plan itself seems to insinuate that billionaires can pay for the whole thing. Of course, best case scenario, it is estimated that instituting a top marginal tax rate of 70 percent would raise a little more than $700 billion over that decade. She does not explain how we’re going to raise the other 20 bazillion dollars it will cost to deconstruct modernity.

Cortez and Markey claim that 92 percent of Democrats and 64 percent of Republicans support the Green New Deal. I’m not sure where that number is derived. But ask them again when government agents come to take out their water heater.

That’s one of the questions many are asking on Tuesday following news of the

former drug kingpin being found guilty on all counts.

Mexico’s most notorious drug kingpin, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, will spend the rest of his life in prison after a jury found him guilty on all 10 counts following a three month trial.

According to Breitbart, the United States has seized $14 billion from the former drug lord, which gave Sen. Ted Cruz a brilliant idea.

The Texas Republican introduced the Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order (EL CHAPO) Act in April 2017, which calls for the use of the $14 billion seized from the cartel drug lord to be used to pay for the wall.

“Fourteen billion dollars will go a long way toward building a wall that will keep Americans safe and hinder the illegal flow of drugs, weapons, and individuals across our southern border,” Cruz said in a statement.

“Ensuring the safety and security of Texans is one of my top priorities,” he added.

Cruz said using criminally forfeited assets from El Chapo and other Mexican cartel members and drug dealers can “offset the wall’s cost and make meaningful progress toward achieving President Trump’s stated border security objectives.”

“The U.S. Government is currently seeking the criminal forfeiture of more than $14 billion in drug proceeds and illicit profits from El Chapo, the former leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel who was recently extradited to the U.S. to face criminal prosecution for numerous alleged drug-related crimes, including conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering,” Cruz added.

Wisconsin Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner proposed similar legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives, which would use money seized from drug cartels to fund a border wall.

“This is a way to fulfill the president’s desire to have Mexico pay for the wall,” Sensenbrenner, a member of the Judiciary Committee, told the Washington Examiner. “Having the money seized from Mexican drug cartels would mean that the bad Mexicans would end up paying for the wall, and the bad Mexicans have been terrorizing the good Mexicans with crime and kidnappings and murders within Mexico itself.”…

“The [Drug Enforcement Agency] has estimated that the gross receipts of the Mexican drug trade or somewhere between $19-$29 billion a year,” he said. “We don’t have to be 100 percent efficient to get the the money we need to completely pay for the wall relatively quickly.”

El Chapo’s $14 billion would fund well over half of the proposed wall along the southern border between the U.S. and Mexico.
