I must add an "oratorical" comment made in a Congressional hearing about Marine plans to send an additional 8000 Marines and family members to the U.S. Island of Guam. Rep. Hank Johnson (Dem-Ga) expressed his concern that "My fear is that the island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize." CBS News Reported this in April 2010.
