Fleeing Democrat High Tax States To Florida & Texas

Bring your family, pets and money .... but
leave your ruinous left wing politics there

Thousands Fleeing Democrat High
Tax States ... To Florida and Texas
 This from FOX News

Could the high tax state exodus to Florida change the states politics?

Florida has become a hot spot for people looking to move within the U.S. – particularly among those hoping to lower their tax liabilities – but certain areas in the Sunshine State have received more movers than others.

Residents from high-tax states, like New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, have been moving to lower-tax states, like Florida, in droves....

Florida received more movers than any other state last year, at 566,476 people, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
Texas, another no-income tax state, received the second highest amount of movers (524,511). New York had the largest outflows to Florida, while California did to Texas.
As previously reported by FOX Business, Florida is benefiting financially from an influx of movers. In 2016, it drew in about $17.7 billion in adjusted gross income (AGI).

My Comment:
Levying "tribute", as a tax, is first mentioned in the Bible, upon the people of the theocracy of Israel, to be paid    "unto the LORD for the men of war which went out to battle ...." Numbers 31:28.    The purpose is obvious, to be used in defense of the nation. This is the same, primary purpose for taxes in our U.S. Constitution.
Later, in Dan.11:20, there was a secular, political leader, the Lord called,      "a raiser of taxes (for) the glory of  (his own) kingdom...."     in which case God says,     "but within few days he shall be destroyed ...."      This may have been the first, but he certainly wasn't the last, raiser of taxes, who paid a heavy price for his greed, power lust, and vain glory.
In the Bible, both O.T. and N.T., there are several words translated tribute. I am using those which mean taxes, like the Greek word phoros in Luke 20:22, when some apostate Jews conspired to trap Jesus into saying something which would anger their Roman occupiers or other Jews. So they asked Jesus,     "Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?"    Either way Jesus answered it would anger the Romans, who levied the taxes, or the Jews who paid them. Of course Jesus perceived their intent and asked them whose image was on the the silver or gold coins they paid taxes with. They answered, "Caesar's". Jesus responded that if the coins had Caesar's picture on them, they must be his, so give Caesar what obviously belonged to him.
Some time later, these angry Democrates conspirators led a gullible mob to take Jesus before the Roman Governor, Pilate     "And they began to accuse (Jesus), saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar." Luke 23:2.      So you see, lying accusers didn't originate with today's crop. But they have now gone to seed.
Our U.S. Constitution was established by men whose roots had been transplanted to America from European monarchies and dictatorships where armed tyranny reigned, taxes were all consuming, and they were disarmed, servile chattel. It was also from this continuing subjugation, brought to America, that they had just fought and won their freedom here. So they were determined never again to let the same kind of ruthless, power hungry tyrants get in control again in America. That was their motivation when they drew up a Constitutional Republic form of Democratic government which would defend our country and citizens from foreign or domestic dictators, and from each other. This by way of a military, Law Enforcement, an armed citizenry and a bill of rights administrated by three branches, Legislative, Judicial, and Executive.
The Apostle Paul emphasized the importance of an honorable government, with an upstanding, ethical, Military and Law Enforcement network. In America's case, that would be under the chief executive, whose sole duty is to enforce the Constitution and defend the nation from its enemies, and we individuals citizens from each other. Read Paul's admonition for yourself in Rom.13:3-6 where he addresses the need for taxes, to pay for this protection from evil men, in the 6th verse,     "For this cause pay ye tribute also for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing."     Notice he calls these protectors "ministers of God".

The states and cities perverting the sacred purpose and responsibilities of our Constitutional government, have over-taxed the citizens, misused the funds, and abused both the military and Law Enforcement agencies and thus violated our Constitution.  They are comparable to the above mentioned "raisers of taxes" who did it "for their own kingdoms glory" and, by their greedy actions have forced hard working, tax paying citizens to move out to fairer states. So welcome to Texas, but leave your left wing politics in the Democrat cities and states it has ruined, which caused the problems in your former states in the first place.  If you mess up Florida and Texas ... there's nowhere else to run. And by the way, this is called the Bible Belt, where you need a Bible, God and a gun ...  to cling to. Start with the Bible. Read it til you find God ... when He finds you reading your Bible. You can get one free at this link:

World's Variant Currencies Confusion About To Change ?

One Worlder's next step, a world currency ....

.... has long been a one worlder priority, along with global open borders and One World Government. The stage is set with world-wide, impossible to pay, National debts, nearing default (can't pay the interest even at 2%), a world currency recalibration or national printing presses spewing out enough green paper to pay off their Federal debts. In the U.S. case, 22 $Trillion or 22 $Billion thousand dollar bills. That  would pay U.S. Federal, cash debt, not yours and my debt, and make your $100 bills worth about 2 cents. We could all then start off again at ground level poverty, but with a one world currency ... all digital. Since Grand-ma's retirement savings would be gone she would have to move into the basement with her children and grandchildren and rent out the house to a socialist politician or Federal agent who, under Communism, do very well.
So, It Begins:
Former UN Under-Secretary-General
Calls For One World Currency

________________________________________
This from The Economist This year, the world commemorates the anniversaries of two key events in the development of the global monetary system. The first is the creation of the International Monetary Fund at the Bretton Woods conference 75 years ago. The second is the advent, 50 years ago, of the Special Drawing Right (SDR), the IMF’s global reserve asset.

Get Ready For A World Currency

When it introduced the SDR, the Fund hoped to make it “the principal reserve asset in the international monetary system.” This remains an unfulfilled ambition; indeed, the SDR is one of the most underused instruments of international cooperation. Nonetheless, better late than never: turning the SDR into a true global currency would yield several benefits for the world’s economy and monetary system.

The idea of a global currency is not new. Prior to the Bretton Woods negotiations, John Maynard Keynes suggested the “bancor” as the unit of account of his proposed International Clearing Union. In the 1960s, under the leadership of the Belgian-American economist Robert Triffin, other proposals emerged to address the growing problems created by the dual dollar-gold system that had been established at Bretton Woods. The system finally collapsed in 1971. As a result of those discussions, the IMF approved the SDR in 1967, and included it in its Articles of Agreement two years later.

Although the IMF’s issuance of SDRs resembles the creation of national money by central banks, the SDR fulfills only some of the functions of money. True, SDRs are a reserve asset, and thus a store of value. They are also the IMF’s unit of account. But only central banks – mainly in developing countries, though also in developed economies – and a few international institutions use SDRs as a means of exchange to pay each other.

The SDR has a number of basic advantages, not least that the IMF can use it as an instrument of international monetary policy in a global economic crisis. In 2009, for example, the IMF issued $250 billion in SDRs to help combat the downturn, following a proposal by the G20.

Most importantly, SDRs could also become the basic instrument to finance IMF programs. Until now, the Fund has relied mainly on quota (capital) increases and borrowing from member countries. But quotas have tended to lag behind global economic growth; the last increase was approved in 2010, but the US Congress agreed to it only in 2015. And loans from member countries, the IMF’s main source of new funds (particularly during crises), are not true multilateral instruments.

The best alternative would be to turn the IMF into an institution fully financed and managed in its own global currency – a proposal made several decades ago by Jacques Polak, then the Fund’s leading economist. One simple option would be to consider the SDRs that countries hold but have not used as “deposits” at the IMF, which the Fund can use to finance its lending to countries. This would require a change in the Articles of Agreement, because SDRs currently are not held in regular IMF accounts.

The Fund could then issue SDRs regularly or, better still, during crises, as in 2009. In the long term, the amount issued must be related to the demand for foreign-exchange reserves. Various economists and the IMF itself have estimated that the Fund could issue $200-300 billion in SDRs per year. Moreover, this would spread the financial benefits (seigniorage) of issuing the global currency across all countries. At present, these benefits accrue only to issuers of national or regional currencies that are used internationally – particularly the US dollar and the euro.

More active use of SDRs would also make the international monetary system more independent of US monetary policy. One of the major problems of the global monetary system is that the policy objectives of the US, as the issuer of the world’s main reserve currency, are not always consistent with overall stability in the system.

In any case, different national and regional currencies could continue to circulate alongside growing SDR reserves. And a new IMF “substitution account” would allow central banks to exchange their reserves for SDRs, as the US first proposed back in the 1970s.

SDRs could also potentially be used in private transactions and to denominate national bonds. But, as the IMF pointed out in its report to the Board in 2018, these “market SDRs,” which would turn the unit into fully-fledged money, are not essential for the reforms proposed here. Nor would SDRs need to be used as a unit of account outside the Fund.

The anniversaries of the IMF and the SDR in 2019 are causes for celebration. But they also represent an ideal opportunity to transform the SDR into a true global currency that would strengthen the international monetary system. Policymakers should seize it.

And just like that, the world is once again being primed and propagandized to desire this inevitability.  Coming just a day after the Saudis threatened to end the Petrodollar, Ocampo's op-ed is well-timed to say the least.

Investing Your Savings In Today's Fake News World

A quote from the investing link below:
"When you are younger and new to investing, you want to believe the authorities, rating agencies, government statistics etc but as you grow older you realize that they all lie and everything is phoney. This realization alone will make you look at places where no one is looking and help in developing the courage to acquire the things that everyone has brushed aside."  Tony Deden, Common Sense wealth manager.
fakery
My Comment on the quote:
Or, a possible other option is that some of those described above are not liars, but are caught up in the present web of global fakery only recognized by the wise few.  Suffering from delusion does not make one a liar. But the fakery is a fact which every aspect of today's world, internationally, nationally, finance, business, education, stock markets, news networks ... and even religion is entangled with. In other words, some are simply, totally brainwashed, and think they are rightly advising clients when they are wrongly doing so.
The others fit the description Toney gives them in his quote... "liars".

World Bankers' Latest On A One World Currency

From their Jackson Hole meeting Friday, Aug.23

My purpose in publishing the article below is to take you behind the World Banking Cabal's curtain to see where they have taken us and how they are trying desperately, though futility, to get the world out of the debt and confusion which they and the politicians have gotten us into. There seems to be just one choice, inflating the national debts away with mass amounts of newly created currency.

The "Libra" spoken of in the article below is a cryptocurrency developed by Facebook and subscribed to by 27 companies, some of which have backed away since Congressional regulatory scrutiny of it has begun.

"Hegemony" is the political, economic, or military predominance or control of one state over others. It began for the U.S. Just after WWII, with the Bretton Woods Agreement that made US Currency the World Reserve Currency, which is now rapidly ending.

The article's reference to "BOE" is the Bank Of England's Reserve Bank whose Governor, (below) refers, not to the "Libra" cryptocurrency, but to a "Libra-Like" cryptocurrency which the World Bank might develop and adapt. RB

This from Zero Hedge's Tyler Durden

In Unprecedented, Shocking Proposal, BOE's Mark Carney Urges Replacing Dollar With Libra-Like Reserve Currency

After Jerome Powell's neutral-to-slightly-dovish-but-mostly-boring speech on Friday morning, investors could be forgiven for suspecting that this year's Fed-sponsored gathering in Jackson Hole might be disappointingly dull (especially with all that's going on in Trump's twitter feed, the escalating trade war and escalating geopolitical unrest).
Then along came former Goldman banker and current (outgoing) BOE governor, Mark Carney, who in his lunchtime address laid out a shocking, radical proposal - perhaps the most stunning thing to ever be unveiled at Jackson Hole - urging to replace the US Dollar with a "Libra-like" reserve currency in a dramatic revamp of the global monetary, financial and economic order.
While it was unclear if Carney was focusing on Libra as the new reserve currency, or simply was hoping to find something against which the dollar could be devalued, the proposal was clearly shocking as it suggests that the central bank quiet acceptance of cryptocurrencies (especially in Japan) has been what many have speculated all along: a "currency" against which fiat money can be devalued in hopes of sparking fiat hyperinflation that inflates away record amounts of fiat debt.

Of course, such a new system would bring about the end of US hegemony, and effectively end the dollar-based global financial system, dramatically scaling back the US's influence in the global economy, and making rising powers like China and Russia critical players an increasingly multipolar world.... especially if they propose a gold-backed dollar alternative to the world. That this would quickly emerge as the new reserve currency - together with whatever stablecoin/crypto central bankers deign to be the dollar's replacement - goes without saying.
Carney's proposal comes just a few months before he's due to step down from his position leading the Bank of England.
We note that, because it is a well known fact that central bankers tend to speak the truth once they have quit their position of power and influence. Yet it is quite shocking for Carnery to do so while still in office; the bottom line, Carney sounded like nothing less than an Austrian-school economist, who admits that the existing neo-liberal/Keynesian system has collapsed.
Speaking to fellow policy makers and academics at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, he said that in the short term central bankers must deal with the situation as it is. But he also warned that “blithe acceptance of the status quo is misguided,” and dramatic steps will ultimately be needed. It's what he said next that was stunning:
"In the longer term, we need to change the game," Carney said. "When change comes, it shouldn’t be to swap one currency hegemon for another."
This is where, if Carney indeed speaks for his central banking peers, one can say "game over" for the fiat system, which now even establishment members admit will need to devalue against something outside of the fiat system, such as Gold (as Pimco's Harley Bassman suggested back in 2016), or cryptocurrency/stable coins, like Libra.
There has hardly been a more appropriate time for such a proposal. Trade wars and now the threat of currency wars are upending multilateral cooperation. Central bankers are trapped in a low interest-rate world, and the threat of Modern Monetary Theory has reared its ugly head. Yet, the establishment has so far been unable to come up with its own alternative to combat MMT.
"The combination of heightened economic policy uncertainty, outright protectionism and concerns that further, negative shocks could not be adequately offset because of limited policy space is exacerbating the disinflationary bias in the global economy," Carney said."What then must be done?"
Well, the creation of a virtual non-fiat currency, against which all other central-bank backed fiat currencies could be devalued, is certainly one solution.

But if the notion that the economic establishment which Carney represents might some day accept these ideas sounds like a fantasy, that's because it is.

Which means that the only practical alternative is a central bank endorsed cryptocurrency, or - wait for it - gold.
In light of this shocking capitulation by a member of the central bank establishment, we leave you with some levity, as the alternative is simply dire, and what happens next as the fiat world unwinds - or devalues against some non-fiat construct - will be very unpleasant for all those who are unprepared and had believed that central bankers actually know what they are doing.

If Your Throne Cost $100G & Can't Pay Your Bills, Sell It !

If short of resources, can buy Greenland with
green paper fiat ... Do It.

The following was published Friday 8-23-19
after I recommended it here last Monday.

Don't Dismiss Trump's Greenland
Proposal: Its Far From Ridiculous
By Marc Thiessen in FOX News Today

President Trump is upset that Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen called his interest in purchasing Greenland "absurd." Her dismissive response should have come as no surprise. In 1946, when President Harry Truman tried to purchase Greenland, Secretary of State James Byrnes wrote that the proposal "seemed to come as a shock" and an insult to Danish officials, who turned it down.

That was a big mistake. As part of his deal, Truman had offered to trade parts of the Point Barrow district of Alaska, including the rights to any oil discovered there, to Denmark, in exchange for parts of Greenland. The Danes dismissed the idea just as they did Trump's proposal. In 1967, the richest oil strike in U.S. history was made in the Point Barrow area. Bad move, Denmark! Sad!

With that blunder in their rearview mirror, you would think that Danish leaders would at least hear Trump out. The president's idea of buying Greenland is far from absurd. Today we have a military base in Greenland, so there is no need to buy it for that purpose. But Greenland has enormous unexplored stores of natural resources, including zinc, lead, gold, iron ore, diamonds, copper and uranium, that Denmark has been unable or unwilling to exploit.

TRUMP CANCELS VISIT WITH DENMARK PM AFTER SHE REBUFFS 'ABSURD' IDEA OF US BUYING GREENLAND

It also has large, untapped stores of rare-earth elements, such as praseodymium or dysprosium, that are critical to the production of everything from electric cars to smartphones and lasers. Today, the United States gets many of these rare-earth elements from China, which makes Americans dependent on Beijing. The Wall Street Journal reports that Beijing may cut off access to those minerals in its trade dispute with Washington, and China is also trying to corner the market for rare-earth elements in Greenland. Buying Greenland would put those strategically valuable minerals in U.S. hands.

But what makes Greenland particularly valuable to the United States is global warming. The unavoidable receding of Arctic sea ice will open a new sea route in the Arctic that can be used for both commercial and military vessels. In May, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo delivered an address at the Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting in Finland in which he pointed out that "steady reductions in sea ice are opening new passageways and new opportunities for trade. This could potentially slash the time it takes to travel between Asia and the West by as much as 20 days." He added that the emerging "Arctic sea lanes could become the 21st-century Suez and Panama canals."

A recent report in the New York Times notes that as sea ice melts and "Arctic routes become more direct, voyage times could fall to less than three weeks in some cases, making Arctic shipping potentially more attractive than the southern routes in coming decades."

The United States and its allies have a major interest in not allowing these Arctic sea lanes to fall under Russian or Chinese control. "Do we want the Arctic Ocean to transform into a New South China Sea, fraught with militarization and competing territorial claims?" Pompeo asked in Finland. Purchasing Greenland would help the United States to better secure these emerging strategic passageways.

What makes Greenland particularly valuable to the United States is global warming. The unavoidable receding of Arctic sea ice will open a new sea route in the Arctic that can be used for both commercial and military vessels.

In 1946, the Joint Chiefs of Staff told Truman that Greenland was "completely worthless to Denmark." Today, Denmark may not feel that way. But rather than getting offended, Copenhagen should entertain Trump's offer. After all, it would not be the first time Denmark sold the United States one of its overseas possessions. In 1916, it sold the Danish West Indies (now the U.S. Virgin Islands) to President Woodrow Wilson. So, we've long ago established that parts of Denmark are for sale; there's no harm haggling over the price.

Indeed, a Greenland purchase would be in keeping with a long history of presidential land acquisitions. In 1803, Thomas Jefferson bought the Louisiana territory from France. In 1819, President James Monroe bought Florida from Spain. In 1854, President Franklin Pierce, in the Gadsden Purchase, bought part of New Mexico and Arizona from Mexico. In 1867, President Andrew Johnson bought Alaska from Russia. In 1898, President William McKinley bought the Philippines from Spain. And in 1903, President Theodore Roosevelt rented the Panama Canal Zone from Panama and Guantanamo Bay from Cuba. If Denmark won't sell Greenland, maybe we can rent it!

On Monday, Trump tweeted a picture of a gleaming Trump high-rise amid small huts on the Greenland coast and declared, "I promise not to do this to Greenland!" But the idea of buying Greenland is no joke. It actually makes a lot of strategic and economic sense.
____________________
My comment: The same Democrats and News Media which have objected to every Trump proposal, and successful accomplishment, for 33 months, will continue to do so, including, if Denmark agreed to it, for the U.S. to buy Greenland. The Lib Dems would stop it. But, the President, or some other financial power, could create a private investment group which could raise an unlimited amount of money for the purchase. Every millionaire and billionaire and sane, employed, citizens, would gladly participate if the deal was right. Most Americans invested in bonds and stocks or in CDs would be thrilled to switch to a share in the trillions of dollars Greenland is worth, and, in time, it would still, no doubt, become a part of the U.S. like Puerto Rica or Guam. Many a Democrat would give up their Party for that, and Trump is just the power behind it to make the deal.  Stranger than fiction... but possible. RB

“We are living in a culture entirely hypnotized by the illusion

completely preoccupied with memory and expectation. We do

The NOW Generation - What Is Wrong?

By Roderick Meredith

Why do the "good times" sought by young people often turn sour?
I JUST want to have fun like all the other kids. I want to be free. I want to experience life and not have to be tied down by a dull job and a dull marriage."
Sound familiar?
It ought to. For a whole generation millions of teenagers and young 20s have wanted fun and fulfillment. And they want it NOW and they each want it for ME
A genuine cultural revolution has been in the making. In the last 20 years a literal flood of books has appeared on understanding and improving the self We have been abruptly exposed to greater acceptance of sexuality both in and out of marriage, a new preoccupation with the body and physical fitness and, above all; to a frantic search for the "good life," ripe with leisure, new experiences, fun and games.
Where has it all been leading?

The Results
The "now generation" has fallen far short of achieving genuine happiness and self-fulfillment. Life-experiments have not been self-fulfilling. Many are shocked to find themselves with a broken marriage, a ruined career or simply a depressed state of mind.
For teenagers, the "now generation" philosophy has produced booming rates of suicide, new venereal diseases, raging alcohol and drug abuse. Millions of unmarried teenage girls become pregnant. Instead of rearing children they conceive, hundreds of thousands of these "me generation" girls allow life to be snuffed out by abortion!
With unremitting emphasis on fun and on self-fulfillment, the "now" or "me generation" philosophically presupposes that economic well-being is virtually a — right, to be guaranteed by the government. This assumption has run into trouble — even in societies of relative abundance.
According to the 1980 U.S. census, there are 1.8 million children in America alone who have no adult at home after school. And there are millions of "latchkey" children worldwide.
   Why?
Well, the story goes, the mothers need to work.
Or the family "needs" to have a bigger income so they can have the "good life."
Maybe the woman has to work because she is divorced. Or, perhaps, her husband deserted her.
   Again, WHY?
Because in the vast majority of divorce cases one or both parties to the marriage are trying to "get" all they can, and "give" as little as possible. That certainly has been my experience as one involved in hundreds of marriage counselings over the past 30 years!
And desertion by the husband and father is an even more obvious example of total selfishness and thoughtlessness. A U.S. congressional report showed that 79 percent of divorced fathers nationwide do NOT support their own children. Pure selfishness in most cases.
In another area where children are seriously affected, a shocking article from the April 1983 Ladies Home journal reports the horrifying facts regarding child pornography. The article quotes Bruce Ritter, founder of New York City's Covenant House, a nonprofit youth shelter: "This sickness exists," he states, "because a small segment of society wants it, another segment profits by it, and the rest aren't doing anything about it."
It's hard to believe that that kind of mind exists! But it does.
And, please, let's not ASSUME that all of the rapists, robbers, drug addicts, drug dealers, pornographers, child pornographers, adulterers, wife beaters, child abusers and homosexuals are out on some ill-defined fringe of society!

The "me generation" concentrates so sharply on personal desires that instead of achieving the intimate relationships they yearn for, they grow further apart from others. In focusing on their own needs, they discover that their inner journey brings loneliness and depression. They want to expand their lives, but the strategy they use constricts them — drawing them inward toward the ever — narrowing, closed off "ME."

A Newer Green Deal. Yes, Trump, Buy Greenland Make -0.5% Mtg. Loans

I think Trump really does want to buy Greenland from Denmark and ride the high tide to the other side of that world, monetary,  storm on the horizon.

You've heard of negative interest rates, (charged) depositors, by banks, for holding their money, in several nations. But negative (minus) 0.05 % on mortgage loans to home buyers? That's paying the borrower instead of the borrower paying the Bank to borrow their money.
Socialist Denmark, who is in deep economic trouble and can't subsidize Greenland anymore, has just instituted a brand new mortgage loan deal for home buyers, with a (negative) minus 0.5% interest rate. Now what on earth could that be about? How could the lender banks ever survive such outrageous nonsense, losing money on every mortgage loan made? let me give you my opinion on such a ridiculous sounding arrangement. How can those Danes who have most of the money in Denmark, highly educated, above average in intelligence and quite sane, make such mortgage loans? What do they stand to gain … and not lose all their assets and go broke?  The only way I can see they will come out better, in the end, is …. Located, as big banks are, on the pinnacle point of the global, financial world, at the intersection of the future of world finance, inflation, unpayable debt, loss of confidence in fiat money (currency with no backing) and the runaway train wreck ahead, is to do exactly what they are doing. We will probably soon see the same thing here in the U.S.  My answer is, they prefer to hold people's homes or business's equity and title, which will rise as money's buying power continues to drop,  than to keep their no account money which they can print with abandon anyway. In effect they will own people's homes and businesses when everything goes south in the financial world, and home owners can't pay their monthly payments. They may not foreclose on all those homes, and businesses, but they will have the upper hand, and can set all the terms on a new deal in a "world currency". So, while Denmark is bankrupting, its money useless, and our own debt can never be repaid anyway, I'm in favor of buying Greenland with a boatload of freshly printed or quickly created digital U.S. dollars. Greenland is loaded with all kinds of minable minerals, metals, gold, silver, rare earths, not to mention abundance of sea fish, and its a strategic international air and sea intersection with hardly any people in it.  Now that's a Real Green Land New Deal and Trump sees it. With a new global currency, just around the corner, what Greenland would cost right now, in trillions of weak greenbacks, doesn't really matter. Greenland is bigger than Alaska and three times larger than Texas, but only has about 56,000 people living there.  That's 10,000 fewer than live in my town of Mansfield, Tx. which you never heard of. We could give each of the 11,000 families, in Greenland, US citizenship, medical care, social security, a good paying job, a great hospital or two, several schools, and pay off Denmark's debts for a small fraction of our GDP, gross domestic product. That is $trillions less than what illegal aliens are costing us now, and we would be buying a new place for them to live out the American Dream.

I'm only half serious, but I'm not yet half witted. God's not making any more land or mineral resources and nations are printing money 24/7. Land's value is going up and the value of money is going down.  And remember, it is Socialism which is destroying Denmark. RB

The Underlying Phantom Philosophy Of Unbelief

Nihilism, the religion of Satan, is doubt and denial of the inescapable truth of God

I approximate that half of the world's people suspect there is a Creator and the other half suspect there is not, regardless of whatever they profess to believe. I also suspect that the number of true believers, in Jesus Christ and Jehovah God as Creator, may be as many as 10% of the of the total population. This estimate is not based upon global, religious, professions of faith or the numbers which religions' claims, but upon global visible action, inaction, and attitudes. Things like what people do, or don't do, the entertainment they prefer, where they spend their money, and the leaders they choose.

A thing called nihilism grows out of unbelief's cynicism and rejection of the obviousness of the truths of God. It is the opposite of faith, and commitment to that same inescapable obviousness seen in nature and recorded in the Bible. All things have a positive resisted by a negative, light and darkness, good and bad, up and down, in and out, hot and cold, true and false, belief and unbelief, God and Satan. Every person is on one side or the other of the truths of God, seen in nature, verified in God's word and convinced of by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said, in John 1:9, that He "enlightens every man that comes into the world", but some will deny and oppose Him anyway. That is what Nihilists do.

God's word illustrates the Nihilist in Romans 1:19-21.    Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened."

Webster's definition of Nihilism is short and simple:
viewpoint that traditional values and beliefs are unfounded and that existence is senseless and useless.

Wikipedia expands upon the subject:
Nihilism is the philosophical viewpoint that suggests the denial of, or lack of belief in, the reputedly meaningful aspects of life. Most commonly, nihilism is presented in the form of existential nihilism, which argues that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value. Moral nihilists assert that there is no inherent morality, and that accepted moral values are abstractly contrived.

If all that were true, and there were no Creator God, and we were evolved from nothing into a speck of life, then, after billions of years …. into humans, the conclusion of that premise is plain. Humanity would have the same pointless value and destiny of flees, lice and chiggers …. sucking the blood of others to stay alive a few more days before descending back into eternal nothingness.

The underlying, phantom philosophy of Nihilism, I think, was Satan's claim to Eve, in the Garden of Eden, that you cannot trust God. That seed of doubt and denial, planted that day right next to God's two trees of Knowledge and Life, has grown into many global religions of falsehood and thus spiritual negativity. Every religion, without Jehovah God and Jesus Christ at its center, is false and a negative force for Nihilism, in the final analysis .... at the Great White Throne of God.

"Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them .... Be it known unto you all .... that by the name of Jesus Christ ... whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead .... doth this man stand here before you whole. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:8-12.

Where God is, there is hope. Where He is not, there is hopelessness. Life only has meaning in the light of that truth. The hope that comes with faith in God and His remedy for sin, Jesus Christ, brings with it the only real reason to live and be at peace. Nothing else is meaningful enough, and permanent enough, to inspire and motivate a life into worthy pursuits. What power can possibly remedy the spiritual sickness of Nihilism plaguing the youth of today? Seeking, living for, and serving God and His purpose for us all ... Faith, worship, love, obedience, peace, life , in a word, Christlikeness.

POLL: 89 PER CENT OF UK

GEN-Z-ERS SAY THEIR LIVES

ARE “MEANINGLESS”

From InfoWars Newsletter

Societal malaise of nihilism evident in survey results.

A new poll out of the UK reveals that a staggering 89 per cent of young people aged 18-29 feel their lives are meaningless and without purpose.
30 per cent of youngsters complain about being “stuck in a rut,” while 84 per cent say they are failing to “live their best life.”
One of the primary reasons cited for failing to achieve happiness and purpose is a lack of finances, according to 45 per cent of respondents.
The survey, conducted by Yakult UK, found that 80 per cent of people across all age ranges felt they were living without purpose, but that number drops to 55 per cent for people over the age of 60.
More than a third of Brits would completely start their lives over given the chance.
While by no means the only reason, many have argued that the emergence of mass shootings in the west by young men can partly be attributed to the nihilistic malaise that many teenagers grow up experiencing.
