"The restorer of paths to dwell in …." Isa.58:12
Let us set the example, and train our children, to repair and restore America and our cities crumbling under Socialist leadership...
Using every beneficial utility asset to its greatest practical and productive extent. If the enemies of our God and Constitution will not allow us to restore and rebuild, other, intermediary transitional actions may be required.

The fact is, most of those particular Americans spend their time doing what is neither positive nor productive. Our families and our nation will soon realize that we can no longer afford to waste our energy, time and resources on wasteful, socialistic endeavors. Technology has made it possible for Americans to subsist on the least amount of work in human history. The Bretton Woods Agreement, just after WWII, which made the U.S. dollar the Reserve Currency of the world, gave us a financial advantage over other nations. Our part was that we would be, more or less, the world's police force. Now, that agreement is rapidly terminating. We can no longer maintain military bases in foreign lands, guard the high seas and protect the whole world against attack …. while loosing Reserve Currency status.
We are entering what world leaders are calling a New World Order.
World changes are causing turmoil and chaos like the children of Israel's "wandering in the wilderness" looking for a new beginning.
We must not let ourselves and our children waste away waiting 40 more years for political and financial resolutions while neglecting our more desperate spiritual needs. Israel was at such a crossroads when they came out of Egypt, looking for a place to settle, and were stymied 40 years while the old guard died off and their children suffered their parents' revolt against God. "But as for you, your carcases...shall fall in the wilderness. And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness." Num.14:32-33.
Wrong turns for individuals, families and nations can result in circular, wilderness wanderings that last for many years or a lifetime. I am not sure our 20 years war in Vietnam with 58,000 US military deaths plus 3.3 million Vietnamese deaths plus twice that many wounded, was justified, but I do not think so. Another 20 years of war in the Middle East has cost the U.S. more thousands killed and wounded. Those 40 years of war have also cost our nation many trillions of tax payer dollars which are a large part of our 22 $trillion Federal debt.
I have to wonder if those 40 years of war were our own senseless "wilderness wanderings". If justifiable or not, they have cost us a terrible price, especially those many thousands of a generation of our young military troops, sacrificed. "And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted...." Deut.2:14.
Though those hot wars, especially the one resulting from the 9-11 attack, may have been with good cause, but Lyndon Johnson's pseudo "war on poverty" has proven to be totally without merit and $trillions have been eaten up by corruption and waste. The Heritage Foundation's study, of that pipe dream, has concluded that over its 55 years, has cost the American tax payers a bit more than our present, interlinked, Federal debt of 22 trillion dollars. That is three times more than the financial cost of all the hot wars in our entire history, from the Revolutionary War to the present. And during that period of time, crooked politicians have laid waste many of our major cities with that plundered and misappropriated money ... while they have created a strong voting constituency, in our major cities, for their socialistic, free money, policies and big salaries.
"Hast thou not heard long ago …. of ancient times....now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defensed cities into ruinous heaps." Isa.37:26.
The answer to real poverty has proven to be, not free money, but faith, work ethic, opportunity, jobs and a good, free enterprise government. If we can use these troubled times to set the example and train up our children in the right way to go, America can not only survive but prosper in all worthy ways, as God promised the children of Israel....
"And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought ... and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in." Isa.58:11-12.
