YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK ON PRIORITY PROJECTS

I just read this in the news:

"The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) a division of the National Institute of Health (NIH) spent $823,200.00 of Economic Stimulus funds, in 2009, on a study by a UCLA research team to teach uncircumcised African men how to wash their genitals ...." "MENTAL HEALTH"?
.....I'm thinking ..... Well, yes, that really is the right department for such programs.

Your tax dollars are paying for this and thousands of other Obama Priorities. It just goes to show where his and the Administration's heart and mind are. They could surely do our country more good teaching the same simpleton, bathing methods to the similar numbers of men standing on the corners and streets of our large cities selling and buying drugs and prostitutes. On second thought, the job would never reach an end and run into the trillions of our tax dollars and the venereal diseases would still spread until our National Character is washed.

You WILL remember this next April 15th.
