3 Reasons Black Lives Matter Is Incompatible With Biblical Christianity

Does God care about justice? Absolutely! In fact, God says of Himself in Isaiah 61:8, “For I, the Lord, love justice.”

What about life? Does God care about life? Of course! Psalm 139 powerfully communicates the value, worth, and sanctity of human life.

God’s concerns for life and justice are woven throughout the Bible, and the two are not mutually exclusive. So we as Christians should care about justice and defend life. Likewise, we must make sure that our endeavors to plead for justice or defend life don’t inadvertently align us with covert missions and agendas that seek to undermine God’s standard of holiness.

As of late, many Christians have touted their support of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. For example, InterVarsity’s Urbana Conference recently chose to feature a keynote speaker who challenged those in attendance with the BLM movement’s publicized cause.

But the question is not whether an evangelical collegiate ministry should tackle a discussion on perceived or actual racism; the question is whether or not tackling that issue under the umbrella of the BLM movement is compatible with the morals and values of said organization.

Actually, the question for all biblical Christians with an interest in social justice is “do the core values of #BlackLivesMatter square with the Bible’s clearly-prescribed ways of holiness and morality?” The short answer is no.

Because of its thoughtfully-crafted agenda, values, and mission, #BlackLivesMatter is unmistakably incompatible with biblical Christianity, and the many reasons Christians have to reject this movement can easily be found at BlackLivesMatter.com. According to its own “herstory,” #BlackLivesMatter was founded by three black women, two of whom are self-proclaimed queer. And while these women may care about injustice and racism, they also care about normalizing sexual deviance, deconstructing the biblical definition of family, and emasculating strong, black men who identify as straight.

Before you hashtag anything else, you might strongly consider the fact that this particular tag is an organized movement with leadership and core convictions. We are not simply talking about an organic movement with social justice as its aim; BLM is far more sinister than that. In fact, this movement has inextricably linked its calls for black justice to core convictions that are the antitheses to any biblical Christian’s convictions.

Here are three reasons #BlackLivesMatter is incompatible with biblical Christianity:

1. Black Lives Matter seeks to dismantle the biblical definition of family.  In their own words, they are “committed to disrupting the Western prescribed nuclear family structure requirement.” One man married to one woman is not a Western prescription for family; it’s a biblical one. The mystery of two (man and woman) becoming one flesh is so powerful a union that the Apostle Paul used this illustration to talk about Christ and the Church in Ephesians chapter 5.
2. Black Lives Matter champions the celebration of homosexuality. They refer to it as “queer-affirming,” but it simply boils down to rebellion against God’s created design for sexuality. In their own words, BLM gathers “with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or, rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual unless s/he or they disclose otherwise.” No matter what secular culture decides about sexuality, the Bible is still unequivocal regarding God’s design for sexual intimacy. Romans 1, for example, lists homosexuality as a “vile passion.” How now can we link arms with individuals whose mission is to undermine and celebrate rebellion against God’s design?
3. Black Lives Matter touts gender confusion as normal and seeks to make heroes of those who are mentally confused.  The movement taking culture by storm and increasingly validated by Christians, black and white alike, wants to “dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk.” Yep — the justice movement is also the movement of gender revolution. #BLM is “committed to embracing and making space for trans brothers and sisters to participate and lead.”

There are two genders: male and female. The science is clear, and the Bible is crystal clear when it comes to God’s creation.

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them (Genesis 1:27).

Gender confusion is an attack of Satan to mar the Imago Dei. Black Lives Matter is complicit in this destruction.

Aside from its divisive nature, #BlackLivesMatter calls for violence and holds an insatiable desire for lawlessness, so Christians have deep, spiritual reasons to resist aligning with this movement, its founders, and their core convictions. Just a few of the movement’s “guiding principles” should provide plenty of evidence to Believers that aligning with such an ungodly ideology is at least troubling and at most diabolical. Christians can and should stand up against injustice, but we should absolutely refuse to stand behind a movement that vehemently opposes God and His righteous standards. There is absolutely no room for debate.

I can support working with people on a common cause, even when we disagree on secondary issues. However, when the primary issues are inextricably linked to secondary issues that also happen to be some of the greatest spiritual battles I fight, those issues cannot be ignored. But I would suggest that sexual revolution, gender confusion, and dismantling the family are not secondary issues for BLM; I believe they are equal to the movement’s well-televised “justice” work. These issues, however, could never garner the support and traction currently enjoyed by the movement if they were widely known. So, #BlackLivesMatter benefits from two epidemics in our culture today: ignorance and apathy.

The Global Elite Have Far More Control Over Us Than Most People Would Dare Imagine

No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, you probably agree that the global elite have too much power and influence. 

It has been said that “money is power”, and today that seems to be more true than ever.  Those at the very, very top of the pyramid dictate the rules of the game for the rest of us, and there isn’t too much that the rest of us can do about it.  When we talk about how the global elite dominate our lives, the focus tends to be on how they influence national governments, but the truth is that is one of the areas where the global elite have the least control.  I know that may sound strange, but I believe that things will become clearer by the end of this article.

I would submit that corporations are the primary vehicle that the elite use to control our lives.  In fact, many global corporations are now larger and more powerful than most national governments, and collectively the network of global corporations that dominates the planet is far larger and far more powerful than any single national government.

A number of years ago, a remarkable study was conducted that closely examined the interconnecting relationships of major corporations all over the world.  That study discovered that a network of 1,318 enormous companies dominated the global economy, and it also found that 147 colossal corporations at the core of that web formed a “super-entity” that controlled 40 percent of the entire network…

Each of the 1318 had ties to two or more other companies, and on average they were connected to 20. What’s more, although they represented 20 per cent of global operating revenues, the 1318 appeared to collectively own through their shares the majority of the world’s large blue chip and manufacturing firms – the “real” economy – representing a further 60 per cent of global revenues.

When the team further untangled the web of ownership, it found much of it tracked back to a “super-entity” of 147 even more tightly knit companies – all of their ownership was held by other members of the super-entity – that controlled 40 per cent of the total wealth in the network. “In effect, less than 1 per cent of the companies were able to control 40 per cent of the entire network,” says Glattfelder. Most were financial institutions. The top 20 included Barclays Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co, and The Goldman Sachs Group.

Of course at the very top are the ultra-wealthy individuals that own and control the gigantic corporations that make up the “super-entity”.

This is why our major corporations all seem to have the same values.  At the very top their ownerships are all interlinked, and so trying to fundamentally change the culture of these massive institutions is nearly impossible.

Many have promoted the idea of refusing to economically engage this monster, but that has become nearly impossible.  Over the years, we have seen so many promising companies get gobbled up by this “super-entity”, and in many instances the customers of these companies don’t even realize that they are now owned by someone else.

Because they have such a huge share of the market, the global elite essentially dictate what gets produced, what gets sold and what gets bought.

And if you need a loan to buy a home or to make some other major purchase, you normally have to go through one of their financial institutions.

But of course it doesn’t stop there.  Politicians love to talk about “job creation”, but the truth is that it is our major corporations that really hold the keys over who works where.

When I was much younger, I made it very clear who I was and what I believed on my resume.  What a big mistake that was.  If you want to get hired by the elite, it has to look like you share their values and that you will be a good little cog in the machine.

And the elite ensure that they will have an endless supply of “good little cogs” by completely and utterly dominating our system of higher education.  Colleges and universities that have done as the elite have wished have been absolutely showered with money, while others have been allowed to go by the wayside.

At this point, a “college education” will pretty much look the same no matter where you go, and that is extremely unfortunate.

Once we leave school, the elite continue to control what we think through their ownership of nearly all of the major media and entertainment companies.  Today, more than 90 percent of the “news” and “entertainment” that we get through our televisions is produced by their colossal media empires, and the average American spends approximately five hours a day in front of a television.

If you allow anyone to feed propaganda into your mind for five hours a day, that is going to have an enormous impact on how you view the world.

You can try flipping over to a different channel than you normally watch, but that won’t change much.

Have you ever wondered why the news always sounds the same no matter which channel you are watching?

Needless to say, that doesn’t happen by accident.

In the early years, the Internet allowed alternative voices to compete with the giant media empires, but now that is rapidly changing.  Because giant corporations now control so much of the Internet, those corporations can silence dissenting voices by “deplatforming” them.  One by one, bright lights are going out all over the Internet, and eventually the only voices that will be left will be corporate-approved voices.

The Constitution that governs our land is supposed to guarantee freedom of speech.  But the corporations that completely dominate our lives now control most of the online “public squares”, and they have made it abundantly clear that they are going to dictate what can be said and what cannot be said.

So you can still go out in your backyard and say whatever you want, but at this point “freedom of speech” is dead in this country for all practical purposes.

Homeless Boy Has Just Three Wishes ... A Family, A Family, And A Family

There is no substitute for a family

A nine-year-old Oklahoma boy named Jordan, who is living in a group home, made a heartbreaking plea for a family to adopt him during a local news interview last week and received thousands of responses within 12 hours as a result. 

In a story by KFOR, the young boy, who said he wants to be a police officer when he grows up, begged for a permanent home to call his own. 

“The reason it’s important is because -- so I could have some people to talk to anytime I need to,” Jordan had said. “I hope one of y’all pick me.” 

Within hours of his statement, families from New Jersey, Florida, Illinois and Kentucky reportedly reached out to the news station, seeking to help provide him with a permanent home, according to The Daily Mail. 

Jordan has been in the care of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services for six years. He'd previously been there alongside his younger brother Braison, but he was later adopted, leaving Jordan on his own. 

His permanency planner told KFOR that over 5,000 submissions to adopt Jordan have been submitted thus far. 

If he were granted three wishes Jordan said he would ask, “To have a family, and family, family. Those are the only wishes I have.

The first thing God did after he had prepared the whole earth for human habitation was to create Adam and Eve, the first couple, husband and wife who were commissioned to create the first home and family.  That is as basic and essential to human existence and development as when God said "Let there be light", molded the first human, in God's own "image and likeness"  and breathed life into Adam the first human husband and father.  The home, composed of a father and mother, to live and raise children in, was created first, long before the church. There was first the family and then the race and then the nations and then the church. In all of that, the husband and wife were human types of Jesus and His bride, the church. The human family is a type of the heavenly family, and every little boy and girl desperately needs a human family to guide them to ... later find their heavenly family.

Numbers 26 mentions the family 87 times in 58 verses as the structural framework of the nation, even as the human family is the primary framework of  every nation. As goes the family, so goes the nation, is an old adage which has proven true by history.

One of life's greatest blessings is a Christ loving, God fearing home and family.

"Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.  For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.  Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.  Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord." Psm. 128

And the blessings of family do not end with this life, but continue on throughout eternity for all the children of God.

For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,  Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,  That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man."  Eph. 3:14-16

If God leads .... give a home and a family to a homeless boy or girl.

I guess there is always a Judas for the devil to recruit.  But how could the slave owning party of the Ku Klux Klan morph into the party of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris. the Clintons, Obamas, Pilosi,  Schumer and Maxine Waters.  I suppose, if you look at the trajectory of the party over the last few Democrat Presidents, Lying Lyndon Johnson, Inept Jimmy Carter, Adult Hippy Bill Clinton, and Communist millionaire Barack Obama you can see the cause of their sickness more clearly.  The infection trajection has grown steadily worse and closer to the hysterical Lemmings' rush over the  precipice into mental, moral, and political madness.  Madness meaning "mindless anger" at everything curative of their illness ... which they tried to hide this week at the DNC but just couldn't resist squeezing out the pus.

I never dreamed that I would have to face the prospect of not living in the United States of America, at least not the one I have known all my life. I have never wished to live anywhere else.
While having my morning coffee, I realized that everything is about to change. No matter how I vote, no matter what I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same. I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known for a long time who are so filled with hate because they continued to listen to the opinions of the media as if they are spitting the truth. Sadly I don't know what the word truth means any more. It's absolutely unbelievable. I think I live in The Twilight Zone these days.

• Somehow it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.
• Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegals voting in our elections are good, really?
• It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it’s an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.
• Twenty is too young to drink a beer, but eighteen is old enough to vote.
• People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.
• Inflammatory rhetoric is outrageous, but harassing people in restaurants is virtuous.
• People who have never been to college or people who paid for their own college should now pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.
• Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you’d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.
• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-banger who jumps the southern fence are welcome.
• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.
• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.
• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President???
• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan for us, why would anyone in The U.S. want this?
• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are catch-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!
Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no civility and people are dying of a Chinese virus, but it racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China. We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right, where darkness is light and light is now darkness.
Wake up America, the great unsinkable ship "Titanic America" has hit an iceberg, is taking on water and sinking fast. The choice is yours to make. What will it be?

The Great American Exodus

Due to a combination of COVID-19 spreading in densely populated areas, business failures, urban riots and failing mayors and police departments, Americans are migrating from the big cities to suburban and country areas by the millions.

American families are leaving dysfunctional cities such as New York City, Seattle and San Francisco and heading for Montana, Colorado, Maine and upstate New York in the Catskill Mountains among other safe havens.

Big cities have always offered a trade-off between higher taxes and urban stress in exchange for entertainment, great restaurants, museums and intellectual buzz.

Today the venues and buzz are gone, the crime rates are soaring and all that is left is the stress and taxes. So people are getting out.

Changes like this are not temporary. Once people move out, they don’t return ever. Their children may return someday but that could be 15 or 20 years away.

And those who leave tend to have the most capital and the most talent. This leaves the cities as empty shells populated by oligarchs with personal bodyguards and the poor, who have to deal with the street-level violence.

This shift can be helpful for individuals who move, but it’s devastating for the economics of major cities. And that’s devastating for the U.S. economy as a whole.

It’s one more reason we will be in depression for years even if the technical recession is over soon. ______________________

OK, fine, so if the US Socialist trend becomes full blown Socialism/Communism. All of Eastern Europe survived it, and Western Europe, in the wading pool now, can't wait their turn on the high diving board at the deep end where the Soviet Union, Cuba and the Venezuelans broke their necks .... Not realizing the big "blue" promise pool, of Democrat free food, free mixed drinks, free everything, beautiful plastic girls, cool breeze in the palm trees, and sweet Hawaiian music ... had no water in it.

Communism has historically made empty promises  ever since Cain killed his brother, Able, for offering God what God had required. 

We may have to go through serious reductions in our standard of living, down to where we Americans are all in equal poverty with Africans, Muslims, Cubans, and Venezulians. But we will still be able to love and serve God ... secretly, and, if brave, even witness to our masters ... if we are willing to pay the price... kinda like the Apostles did, in the Bible.  If you prefer a life like we in the USA have had in the past, for 244 years, you had better get busy convincing your circle of acquaintances, not necessarily who to vote for, but the Communist Party platform to vote against. I must add an "oratorical" comment made in a Congressional hearing about Marine plans to send an additional 8000 Marines and family members to the U.S. Island of Guam. Rep. Hank Johnson (Dem-Ga) expressed his concern that "My fear is that the island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize." CBS News Reported this in April 2010.
