Our Son Rex Speaks To Trump, A UTube Message

Bring me men to match my mountains ...

Common Sense Commentary: If it weren't for the Constitutional provision of the Electoral College,
to prevent absolute power and continual, national control by the mega city states, Conservatives would never win another Presidential election. Here is a list of the states with at least 12 electoral votes in the order each has. Some are a tie. (California-55) (Texas-38 Thank God for Texas) (New York-29) (Florida-29) (Penn-20) (Ohio-18) (Mich-16) (Georgia-16) (N. Carolina-15) (New Jersey-14) (Virginia-13 Bureaucratville) (Washington state-12).

Most of the really large population centers are in cities within these states and most of the large cities vote Liberal Democrat, receive most of the gov. largess, and vote for the Party which gives the most Socialist, tax $ to them.

Our son Rex sends the following UTube to President elect Trump. Rex is a Christian, a vet, a grandfather, and a Conservative Patriot. He also has a lot of Common Sense. RB

The Coming American by Sam Walter Foster

The Coming American

Bring me men to match my mountains,
Bring me men to match my plains,
Men with empires in their purpose,
And new eras in their brains.
Bring me men to match my prairies,
Men to match my inland seas,
Men whose thoughts shall pave a highway
Up to ampler destinies,
Pioneers to cleanse thought’s marshlands,
And to cleanse old error’s fen;
Bring me men to match my mountains –
Bring me men!

Bring me men to match my forests,
Strong to fight the storm and beast,
Branching toward the Skyie future,
Rooted on the futile past.
Bring me men to match my valleys,
Tolerant of rain and snow,
Men within whose fruitful purpose
Time’s consummate blooms shall grow,
Men to tame the tigerish instinct
Of the lair and cave and den,
Cleanse the dragon slime of nature –
Bring me men!

Bring me men to match my rivers,
Continent cleansers, flowing free
Drawn by eternal madness,
To be mingled with the sea
Men of oceanic impulse,
Men whose moral currents sweep
Toward the wide, unfolding ocean
Of an undiscovered deep –
Men who feel the strong pulsation
Of the central sea, and then
Time their currents by its earth throbs –
Bring me Men.

God honoring real men are the greatest need in America. RB

Obama And Some Good Guys Comment On Atheist Castro

Common Sense Commentary: The difference in non-sense and Common Sense is the difference in
Satan's Atheistic Communism and the Freedom of Truth as God knows it.

Fidel Castro was 90 when he died. He lived a long life... but he died. In his last days and hours, as he was dying, there may have been family, friends, physicians and politicians surrounding him ... but they could not help him. He died alone. By his own words, he did not believe in God. So, though God was there, Castro died alone. He had nothing good or pleasant ahead of him and left nothing good or pleasant behind him. He was an Atheist whose only friends were other Communists, but neither could they help him or keep him from dying or die for him or with him. He died alone... without God, because he rejected Christ who died for him that he might have eternal life.

This from FOX News

President Obama
In 2014, Obama announced a diplomatic effort that would easy travel and trade between the countries. And last year, Obama took Cuba off America’s state-sponsored terror list, amid criticism about continuing human rights violations on the island nation.  “We extend a hand of friendship to the Cuban people,” Obama said. “History will record and judge the enormous impact of this singular figure on the people and world around him." (No, we who saw it happen and his Creator will judge him. History has a way of turning mountains into swamps by people like Obama. RB)

President Elect Trump
Trump, in his successful White House bid, railed against numerous international deals that he argued put the U.S. at a disadvantage, including one Obama made to normalize relations with Cuba, a communist country and long-time Cold War enemy.
“Every single aspect of this deal is in Cuba’s favor,” Trump said during this year’s GOP presidential primary debates.
U.S. Rep. (Miami) Ros-Lhtinen
Florida GOP Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen -- who was born in Havana in 1952 and whose family eight years later fled Castro’s regime -- told Fox News on Saturday that Trump criticized Obama’s 2014 deal because the U.S. made concessions “in exchange for nothing,” including Cuba releasing no American political prisoners. Ros-Lehtinen’s congressional district includes Miami, where for decades Cubans have come to live. But whether the Cuba agreement made by Obama through executive order, or whether Castro’s death improves the potential to improve the two countries’ relationship, remains unclear.
U.S. Fla. Sen. Rubio
Florida GOP Sen. Marco Rubio, whose parents emigrated from Cuba before Castro’s rise in 1959, said on Fox News that the ex-dictator’s death was a newsworthy event but that he “didn’t think it would change anything,” or at least while Raul Castro remains in power. Rubio, a 2016 GOP presidential candidate and potential 2020 contender, also argued that Obama attending Castro’s funeral or sending a top-level administration official would validate the life of somebody who oversaw the “assassination of Americans.”
U.S. TX Sen. Cruz
Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz, whose father was born in Cuba, said: “Fidel Castro's death cannot bring back his thousands of victims, nor can it bring comfort to their families." "Today we remember them and honor the brave souls who fought the lonely fight against the brutal communist dictatorship he imposed on Cuba," continued Cruz, also a 2016 GOP presidential candidate.
Vice Pres. Elect Pence
Vice President-elect Mike Pence tweeted: "The tyrant #Castro is dead. New hope dawns. We will stand with the oppressed Cuban people for a free and democratic Cuba. Viva Cuba Libre!"

Has Jeb Bush Changed Horses Or Turned Forward In The Saddle?

Common Sense Commentary: Could it be that the Bushs having had a rude awakening that it is futile to beat their dead establishment horse any longer and are either changing to a live horse of a different color or had an infusion of horse sense and have turned forward in the Conservative saddle for a change? Here is a Newsmax article headlined with this zinger.... (My Comments in blue)

Jeb: GOP Should Build On Trump's Success
Established Republicans can learn from Donald Trump's victory in the presidential election and should build on his success, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush argues in The Wall Street Journal. (Looks like he has finally gotten over his hurt feelings at having his "Bush birth right" snatched from his hands. RB)
Bush, who was part of the crowded field of 17 Republicans vying for the presidential nomination, was often the target of Trump's arguments that Washington was broken — a point Bush makes in his opinion piece. (Could Jeb actually be seeing the light that the Republican establishment is terminally sick? RB)
And now, Republicans should hitch a ride on Trump's coattails and work to make his campaign promises a reality. (If he really means this, he may still have a future in government. RB)
"This is our chance to contrast our approach, which trusts people to make good choices, with the failed Democratic and progressive top-down approach, which prefers government to decide almost everything," Bush wrote. (It is hard for me to believe a Bush could change directions so rapidly. RB)
"Most critically, Republicans should reverse the Obama-era policies that have made America weaker, both here and abroad. We need to repeal and replace Obamacare, eliminate business-killing regulations, and reverse the massive expansion of government. (Now he is sounding like a real live Conservative. RB)
"While we protect our borders and our laws, we should also take on the hard work of reforming legal immigration and affirming the role that immigrants play in building up our economy and our nation." (Draw a deep red line there, Jeb. RB)
Bush noted that Trump lost the popular vote to Democrat Hillary Clinton, which shows the Republican party has some work to do if it wants to gain more support for future elections. Trump's overall win proved that Americans were ready for a change of leadership at the top. (I'm not sure we can ever win over many Democrats on the gov. dole, half the nation. Maybe we better concentrate on winning the Electoral College as we did this year. That is exactly why our Founders set it up. If it weren't for that, the Clintons would be President. RB)
"Republicans need to do more than oppose things. We have to be for a few big ideas and show that we can put them into action," Bush wrote. (The trouble is, the Republican Congressmen neither had "a few big ideas", nor "opposed anything". RB)
Later, he wrote, "Republicans must restore our brand as the party of conservative ideals, shared prosperity, liberty and responsibility. We have to fuse the party to a modern conservative movement that speaks to 21st-century problems and produces 21st-century solutions." (You Bushes know a lot about destroying the "Republican brand and conservative ideals", you guys were in office when it happened. RB)
Bush said during the campaign he would not vote for Clinton or Trump in the election. (Not just Jeb, all three Bushs did their best to preserve the status quo and defeat the Conservative candidates. RB)
It would strengthen the Republican Party if all the Bushes Have the good sense and love of our Country to apologize to Conservatives and "hitch a ride on Trump's coattails and work to make his campaign promises a reality", as Jeb said above. RB

Thanksgiving In The Taebaek Mountains Of North Korea At 30 Below Zero

My most memorable Thanksgiving ... 66 years ago

Common Sense Commentary: The turkey and dressing was hot when it left the field kitchen pan, warm when it hit my mess gear, cool at the first bite, cold at the second and frozen at the third. But we 12,000 Marines had more to be thankful for than the 150,000 Chinese Communist soldiers surrounding us. All they had was a ball of heavily garlicked, cooked rice in a cloth sock ... frozen solid. We also had the best winter clothing, the best sleeping bags, the best weapons, the best leadership and the best cause ... saving South Korea's freedom and stopping atheistic Communism from world domination. RB

Free streaming for The Battle of Chosin ends this week!
On Thanksgiving Day 1950, American-led United Nations troops were on the march in North Korea.  Holiday meals were distributed, and hopes were high that everyone would be home by Christmas. Days later, the American troops found themselves surrounded, outnumbered and at risk of annihilation at the Chosin Reservoir.

The Battle of Chosin is available to stream free on our website for one more week. Watch now!

News Update For Liberals: Canada Building A Wall

Common Sense Commentary: The Soviet Communists built a wall to keep their dissatisfied citizens in. Trump is building a wall to keep Illegal immigrants, drug smugglers and terrorists out. Obama built a wall, exceeding all former presidents, of Federal Agents around him, then flew in millions of Muslims over all walls, and legal restrictions. So now Canada is building a wall on its southern border to filter out undesirable U.S. citizens....

The flood of Trump-fearing American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week. The Republican presidential campaign is prompting an exodus among left-leaning Americans who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray, pay taxes, and live according to the Constitution.

Canadian border residents say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, liberal arts majors, global-warming activists, and "green" energy proponents crossing their fields at night.

"I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said southern Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota.  "He was cold, exhausted and hungry, and begged me for a latte and some free-range chicken.  When I said I didn't have any, he left before I even got a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. He then installed loudspeakers that blared Rush Limbaugh across the fields, but they just stuck their fingers in their ears and kept coming. Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals just south of the border, pack them into electric cars, and drive them across the border, where they are simply left to fend for themselves after the battery dies.

"A lot of these people are not prepared for our rugged conditions," an Alberta border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a single bottle of Perrier water, or any gemelli with shrimp and arugula. All they had was a nice little Napa Valley cabernet and some kale chips.  When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing that they fear persecution from Trump high-hairers.

Rumors are circulating about plans being made to build re-education camps where liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer, study the Constitution, and find jobs that actually contribute to the economy.

In recent days, liberals have turned to ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have been disguised as senior citizens taking a bus trip to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half-dozen young vegans in blue-hair wig disguises, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior citizens about Perry Como and Rosemary Clooney to prove that they were alive in the '50s.

"If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we become very suspicious about their age," an official said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage, are buying up all the Barbara Streisand CD's, and are overloading the internet while downloading jazzercise apps to their cell phones.

"I really feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa resident said.  "After all, how many art-history majors does one country need?

A Bumper Sticker Is Like A Little "Stick On" Conscience

Live up to your bumper sticker

Common Sense Commentary: Here is another good word of advice, for Christian consistency, from our son Rex. For those of you who know Rex and would like to follow his comments, here is his Facebook address:
https://www.facebook.com/rex.blair.10

Interesting what happens with a bumper sticker....
In 2015 the Bay County Sheriff had the "In God We Trust" bumper stickers put on the back of all the Sheriff vehicles.
To support the Sheriff in 2016 I decided to put one on the back of my car.
While I was certainly willing to show my support of God and Country.(see the USMC tag)
I didn't realize that it would change the way I drive.
You see, I'm not adverse to speeding in order to beat the driver next to me, to the upcoming red light or go around a slow poker a little too fast.
One day, I cut in front of a driver a little to close. Feeling a little guilty, I waved my hand to him in a "not to serious" act of apology. Suddenly, I realized the driver behind me was probably fuming, staring at my In God We Trust bumper sticker thinking..... Yep, another one of those self righteous, hypocritical, so called Christians.
It changed my perspective about driving.
I'm a little more respectful, a little more patient and hopefully a safer driver because of the bumper sticker.
I'm still working on it, but please don't pull up beside me and race your engine a little. The urge to win still races thru my body. God forgive me.

Dems ... Me Thinks Thou Tryest Too Hard To Appease Thyself

Common Sense Commentary: We've all witnessed the guilty trying too hard to appear innocent and succeed only in looking twice as guilty. The majority of Americans are very skeptical about trusting immigrant Muslims not to be terrorists. The Democrats will do almost anything to win elections ... lie, steal, cheat or yield to discrimination against innocence if necessary. So, considering the atmosphere in America today of a very large percentage of Americans being openly or secretly fearful of most Muslims, the Democrats react by seriously considering a Muslim Democrat Representative as their leader of the Democrat National Committee. But, am I surpirsed? Not in the least. Its just like them to glorify a major donor like Soros, vilify Republican good guys like Ted Cruz, Marko Rubio and Ben Carson,  and install a Muslim as their leader like Keith Ellison. Not to mention choosing  Presidential Candidates like Bill and Hillary Clinton and a Vice Presidential one like Tim Kaine. I, frankly, would rather have an honest, Loyal American Muslim as President than any of the three. Of course there is no such thing in the Democrat Party. Name me one honest Democrat politician, who is still living, and I'll buy your lunch. Well, maybe Jimmy Carter ... but he was a terrible President. RB

Dems Consider Muslim House Rep to Lead DNC

We will see soon enough if Democrats learned the right lessons from this election. For now, it appears that they are moving forward on two beliefs: One, that the Democratic Party has lost touch with middle America and the working class. Two, that Bernie Sanders is now the philosophical leader of the party, meaning that the answer to a Donald Trump victory is to move the party even further to the left.

These answers are reflected in the favorite to becoming the next Democratic National Committee chairman, Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota. Ellison is the first Muslim-American to be elected to Congress, and he is a Sanders acolyte through and through. After the election, Sanders quickly endorsed Ellison for the position.

On Monday, Ellison officially announced his bid for the role, coming out strong with a list of 40 endorsements from Democrats and labor chiefs.

“Democrats win when we harness the power of everyday people and fight for the issues they care about,” Ellison said. “It is not enough for Democrats to ask for voters’ support every two years. We must be with them through every lost paycheck, every tuition hike, and every time they are the victim of a hate crime. When voters know what Democrats stand for, we can improve the lives of all Americans.”

It’s annoying when Democrats try to tell Republicans which strategies to pursue, because the conflict of interest is so blindingly obvious. So we’ll keep that in mind as we review this DNC shakeup. It would be silly to criticize their options from a conservative viewpoint.

So, as we put on our Objectivity Caps, let’s see if this move makes sense.

On the plus side, the party clearly understands that they have to make some serious changes. The DNC leadership was thoroughly exposed this year, forcing both Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Donna Brazile into disgrace. Democrats cannot save their party by going back to the same establishment well that was rejected on election night.

On the other hand, Ellison feels like a needlessly defiant choice that smacks of identity politics. Were he a white Catholic who talked the same populist game, would he be the frontrunner? Or is the party eager to make some kind of “statement” by putting a black Muslim at the head of the DNC? And what kind of message does that send to the white working-class voters who went from Obama to Trump over the course of four short years?

Well, the clock’s already counting on the 2018 midterm elections. On that day, we’ll find out if Democrats made the right corrections or if they doomed their party to long-term irrelevance.

My Question To Whoever Knows What This Garbeldeguke Means

My brain drain has reached critical mass.

Common Sense Commentary: I found the notice below on all three of my blog sites this morning. This appears to have been placed on my blog sites by some international body. It may be related to Obama's giving the U.S. invented and operational founding of the internet over to an international body. It appears to me that we bloggers and internet users are now held under international laws, to abide by them, and no longer by U.S. laws only.

Is there a lawyer, computer tech, University professor, politician, Marsion or robot out there who can tell me what this notice means to my future use of the internet? RB

A Sobering Rebuke To Liberals. Shut Up... You Created Us

Common Sense Commentary: I don’t know who wrote this, but it is definitely worth sharing; because it encapsulates the sentiments of most of us witnessing the colossal tantrum being offered by the pitiable left. Their spoiled youth, paid protesters and whining News Media are examples of their "sore loser" double standard. What you Liberals don't seem to grasp is that your Liberal candidate's loss is your own fault. Yes, we fed up Conservatives did the voting, but you created us by your outrageous demands and perversion of our great nation. So shut up with your screaming insults and  take your medicine. It will heal your diseased brains. RB

Dear Democrats and Liberals,
I’m noticing that a lot of you aren’t graciously accepting the fact that your candidate lost.
In fact you seem to be posting even more hateful things about those of us who voted for Trump.
Some of you are apparently “triggered”.
Because you are posting how “sick” you feel about the results.
How did this happen you ask.
You created “us” when you attacked our freedom of speech.
You created “us” when you attacked our right to bear arms.
You created “us” when you attacked our Christian beliefs.
You created “us” when you constantly referred to us as racists.
You created “us” when you constantly called us homophobic.
You created “us” when you told us to get on board or get out of the way.
You created “us” when you forced us to buy health care and then  penalized us for not participating.
You created “us” when you allowed our jobs to continue to leave our country.
You created “us” when you attacked our flag.
You created “us” when you confused women’s rights with feminism.
You created “us” when you began to emasculate men.
You created “us” when you decided to make our children soft.
You created “us” when you decided to vote for "progressive" ideals.
You created “us” when you attacked our way of life.
You created “us” when you drove our government get out of control.
You created “us” the silent, angry, but motivated majority.
You created “us” when you chanted BLM and hurt people that said all lives matter.
You created “us” when you called us “sellouts” for being black and supporting Trump.
You created “us” when we were forced to make cakes for gay weddings or get sued.
You created “us” when you said a men could be next to my daughters in public restrooms!
You created “us” when my kids couldn’t get into a class because they had room only for illegals.
You created “us” when my kids were the only American English speakers in their class.
You created “us” when you tried to make us believe “shout your abortion” was a cool hash tag.
You created “us” when you said “lazy, stay at home moms are what’s wrong with the economy”
And we became fed up and we pushed back and spoke up and voted.
And we did it with ballots, not bullets or intimidation or demostrations!!
We are tired of all your BS being dumped on us ... constantly.
The election is over, so take it like the adults you are suppose to be!  You created us.

Years Of Angry Debate Do Not Change The Facts About Gaydom

Common Sense Commentary: The U.S. CDC (Center for Disease Control) has no rational reason to lie and good reason to discover the accurate facts about HIV, but the following facts have been kept under wraps for "Politically Correct" reasons. That is not only a perversion of justice but a travesty against the welfare of the entire population of our nation. It is bad enough when private corporations lie, but unforgivable when our Government enforces "lying to the citizens" upon every agency in the Federal System, including the CDC. RB

This from Constitution (Defending the Union from threats foreign and domestic)

CDC says: Gay Men are 2% of the Population but 55% of HIV Cases, 67% of New Cases!
In a startling story that is sure to be overlooked by the mainstream media, the CDC’s latest report on HIV and AIDS http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/pdf/group/msm/cdc-hiv-msm.pdf
reveals some important truths about the debate over sexuality and health in the world today.
Some doctors, unconcerned with being politically correct and more focused on saving lives, have been arguing for years that the homosexual lifestyle is more dangerous than a heterosexual lifestyle. Their reasoning has always been based on the medical facts at hand – homosexuals are far more likely to transmit and receive sexually transmitted diseases than heterosexuals. Psychologically, homosexuals are also more likely to suffer serious mental or emotional issues than heterosexuals. These things all play a role in determining that in the most medically advanced civilization the world has ever seen, being homosexual is one of the most deleterious choices one can make for their health.
The CDC’s latest report simply underlines this fact.
Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men made up an estimated 2% of the population but 55% of people living with HIV in the United States in 2013. If current diagnosis rates continue, 1 in 6 gay and bisexual men will be diagnosed with HIV in their lifetime, including 1 in 2 black/African-American gay and bisexual men, 1 in 4 Hispanic/Latino gay and bisexual men, and 1 in 11 white gay and bisexual men.
In 2014:
  • Gay and bisexual men accounted for 83% (29,418) of the estimated new HIV diagnoses among all males aged 13 and older and 67% of the total estimated new diagnoses in the United States.
  • Gay and bisexual men aged 13 to 24 accounted for an estimated 92% of new HIV diagnoses among all men in their age group and 27% of new diagnoses among all gay and bisexual men.
  • Gay and bisexual men accounted for an estimated 54% (11,277) of people diagnosed with AIDS. Of those men, 39% were African American, 32% were white, and 24% were Hispanic/Latino.
While the left would blame most of these problems on conservative “homophobia,” the truth is actually quite different. Even as homosexuality becomes an ever more acceptable societal given; the mental and physical consequences of such behavior continue to persist. In fact, the CDC notes that even as the HIV/AIDS infection rates continue to generally drop, over the last ten years they actually rose in the homosexual male community. This has nothing to do with conservative homophobia and everything to do with what we on the right have been warning about for years – the dangerous consequences of negative and immoral behavior.
We don’t revel in the facts at hand, far from it, we hope for the eradication of these horrible diseases and maladies. However, refusing to acknowledge the root causes of these problems does nothing for those affected. To end the ravages of HIV/AIDS we must openly and honestly discuss the reasons for the epidemic.

I Think I See A New Blogger Arising In The Family... I Hope

Common Sense Commentary from our Grandson, John, Mary's son. John is a very successful auditor
with an international company. He has matured into a fine man, is married and has two children. He travels the world auditing his company's computer programs in branch offices. John is just beginning to see the importance in patriotism to a free country. Mrs Blair and I are proud of all our children and grandchildren, the latter of which we have about 70 grand, great and great great grandchildren. John asked me if I "have any suggestions" for spreading his awakening patriotism. Considering his ability with words, I suggested he become a blogger. I am featuring John's email below as today's blog of Common Sense Commentary. I foresee a river of common sense flowing from his heart and mind.

Papa,

Over the last year I took up bicycling.  It started as an attempt to get into better shape and improve my overall health.  Over the year I gradually increased my distance, speed, and frequency of rides.  Routes range from 12 to 48 miles (so far) and required 1-3 hours to complete.  Sometimes Laura or others go with me and sometimes I spend that entire time thinking.  Although I was successful in losing about 15% of my starting weight, dropped my cholesterol, and am on the verge of being blood pressure medication free, I have been surprised by other benefits of my time in the saddle.  One benefit is a renewed awareness of patriotism.

Nearly all of my rides end up out in the country.  Somewhere between Greenville and Spartanburg, I ride along country roads surrounded by corn, cows, tractors, or trees.  Frequently, I notice that homes in the middle of nowhere are flying Old Glory.  Sometimes, I look up, see the Stars and Stripes and it sends shivers down my spine.  Almost without exception, the last 3 miles of my ride is marked by reaching the top of a hill that is particularly long and difficult.  At the top of that hill is a little well-maintained house.  Many of the attributes of that house tell me that it belongs to a retired couple who are patriots.  The flag they fly year round tells me that I am 3 miles from home, that my journey is nearly done, and makes me feel love for the owners of that little house.  I have never met the owners but think often of giving them a Christmas gift or something.  I did see a man in the driveway one day and yelled, "I love your flag!"  He responded with a neighborly wave and I moved on (gotta keep that speed average up).  But the more I pass that house, see that flag, and think about America, the more I feel a responsibility to do something or give something to let people know that their patriotism, there love for my America, is not unnoticed.

As we look in the rear view mirror, we see an America that was proud.  We see patriots.  Based on everything around us today, we know that patriotism has diminished.  Logic says that it will continue to diminish and I feel a yearning to do something to support and or reward people for their unapologetic display of their patriotism.  So, for the last 6 months or so, I have been thinking about what I can do that will have a real impact.  I have thought about going door to door and passing out gift cards or flyers or something that says, "Thank You for being a Patriot.  Please pass it on."  But so far, I have not been able to come up with something sustainable that I believe would reach people.

So, the reason that I am telling you all this is that I would like to know if you have any ideas or suggestions.

Thanks for listening Papa.

Love, John

Will The Celebs Who Swore To Leave U.S. If Trump Is Elected Please Pack Up

And make your flight reservations....

Common Sense Commentary: But, of course, anyone who would join and align themselves with the Party of abortion, same sex marriage, legalizing illegal narcotics, all male/female restrooms shared, bigger government and no ID required to vote, wouldn't have any problem lying about leaving the U.S. if they didn't get their corrupt candidate elected. But here are a few who did just that. RB

This from The Hill

Celebs who said they’d leave country if Trump won

Dozens of celebrities vowed to leave the country if Donald Trump won the White House, saying they’d flee to everywhere from Canada to Jupiter.

The threat is a common one after any election outcome: Canada’s immigration website crashed from heavy traffic as it looked increasingly likely that Trump would win.

But after the real estate mogul clinched the presidency in a stunning victory early Wednesday morning, some of those stars will face questions about making good on their promise.

Here is a list of some of the celebs who claimed they would move out of the U.S. under a Trump administration.

Actors

Bryan Cranston said he hopes he doesn’t have to pack his bags, but would “definitely move” if Trump won. “Absolutely, I would definitely move,” the “Breaking Bad” star said on “The Bestseller Experiment” podcast. “It’s not real to me that that would happen. I hope to God it won’t.”

Samuel L. Jackson slammed Trump for running a “hate”-filled campaign and said he would move to South Africa if he wins. “If that motherf----- becomes president, I’m moving my black ass to South Africa,” the movie star quipped to Jimmy Kimmel.

Lena Dunham told Andy Cohen at the Matrix Awards that “I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will. I know a lovely place in Vancouver.” The star and creator of HBO’s “Girls” has been a vocal advocate for Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee.

Neve Campbell, an actress on the political drama “House of Cards,” vowed to move back home to Canada, while “Orange is the New Black” actress Natasha Lyonne said she would hightail it to a mental hospital.

Singers

Cher tweeted this summer that if Trump gets elected, “I’m moving to Jupiter.”

Miley Cyrus wrote in an emotional Instagram post in March that tears were running down her cheek and she was unbelievably scared and sad. “I am moving if he is president,” the young pop star said. “I don’t say things I don’t mean!”

Barbara Streisand, a vocal Clinton supporter, told “60 Minutes” that “I’m either coming to your country if you’ll let me in, or Canada.”

Ne-Yo told TMZ last month that he’d move to Canada and be neighbors with fellow R&B singer Drake if the country elected Trump.

Comedians

Comedian Amy Schumer said in September that Spain would be her destination of choice.

“My act will change because I will need to learn to speak Spanish,” Schumer said in an appearance on the BBC’s “Newsnight.” “Because I will move to Spain or somewhere. It’s beyond my comprehension if Trump won. It’s just too crazy.”

Chelsea Handler said she already made contingency plans months ago.

“I did buy a house in another country just in case,” the comedian and talk show host said during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Michael” in May. “So all these people that threaten to leave the country and then don’t — I actually will leave that country.”

Former “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart said he would consider “getting in a rocket and going to another planet, because clearly this planet’s gone bonkers” if the real estate mogul wins.

Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of the “The View”, said on an episode of the talk show earlier this year that if the country elects Trump, “maybe it’s time for me to move, you know. I can afford to go.”

Keegan-Michael Key said he would flee north to Canada. “It’s like, 10 minutes from Detroit,” the comedian told TMZ in January. “That’s where I’m from; my mom lives there. It’d make her happy too.”

Hispanic comedian George Lopez said Trump “won’t have to worry about immigration” if he takes the White House because “we’ll all go back.”

Political Figures

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg joked in an interview with The New York Times in July that it’d be time to move to New Zealand if Trump were to win.

“Now it’s time for us to move to New Zealand,” she said quoting her husband who died in 2010. “I can’t imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president. For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be — I don’t even want to contemplate that.”

Ginsburg later apologized for her comments, calling them “ill-advised.”

Civil rights activist Al Sharpton told a reporter earlier this year that he’s “reserving my ticket out of here if [Trump] wins.”

So What Will A Trump Presidency Look Like Four Years From Now?

Maybe the last Republican President in a one party nation.

Common Sense Commentary: "Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint." Prov.25:19
Many a person and nation has make the mistake of putting their faith in a hero, a champion, an intellect .... a man.... instead of in their Creator, God. Most nations have come to ruin by doing so. We must pray to our God for Donald Trump that he will turn to Christ in crisis and seek God's will and leadership for his presidency. If he does not do that, it is impossible for him to take us in the right direction.

OK, enjoy feeling like a winner and celebrate with your head in the clouds... where Trump's head perpetually resides. Breath deeply of that ratified air in those shinny white clouds... but keep your feet on the ground.  Trump may slow down the corrupt left wing agenda, but neither he nor anyone else can repair the immense damage they have already done to our country.... which has not even yet come home to roost. Hillary Clinton would have sped up the disintegration and driven the nation off the Democrat's Socialistic cliff. Thank God we didn't get her.

The problem Republicans have now is the Democrat and even Republican establishment, led by the Bush clan and Paul Ryan, dragging their feet against Trump's leadership. Besides that, he will most likely have only 4 years to completely turn around Obama's Democrat changes and "Make America Great Again". Since that can't be accomplished in 4 years, the mega promising, mega lying Democrats will probably be returned to the White House by that half of American voters on the government dole.

At least Trump will get to appoint, with Congressional consent, several Conservative Supreme Court Justices. For that, we can give God the glory and appreciation to all those patriots who are fed up with Democrats and voted this year swamping the cheating Democrats who vote illegal aliens, dead people. and rig voting machines. If those things hadn't happened, Trump would have won by an even larger majority. So Mr. President, as one of your top priorities, purge the voter rolls of over a million dead people, and prosecute the Clintons for their crimes and other Democrat's who rigged the election in their states. Clean house before your 4 years are up. There will never be another chance to do so.

Our Son Rex's Big Fish Story In A Kayak In The Gulf Of Mexico

Common Sense Commentary: After hearing Rex's experience, while fishing in the Gulf, I asked him to write it for my blog. Char's brother, Ross Law, took a picture of the incident. I saw the picture but rarely will pictures hold on my blog. Anyway, you can take my word for it.It really happened.  Rex has a witness and besides he isn't given to lying or exaggeration. A "Believe It Or Not" experience. RB

Here is the story in Rex's own words.

My brother-in- law, Ross and his wife Nancy, came to visit Char and I for a week the last week in September.
Ross is an avid fisherman so one morning he and I loaded up my two 11' kayaks in the truck and headed to the beach.
We put in at Lake Powell, a dune lake, paddled across to the beach and slipped into the gulf to do some saltwater fishing. It was a beautiful clear morning and the water was crystal clear.
We had been fishing for about an hour, catching the occasional fish when I suddenly hooked into a nice blue fish. The drag on my light tackle was singing as the fish cut back and forth desperately trying to throw the hook. All of a sudden out of nowhere a dolphin sped under my kayak and began chasing the blue fish. The blue fish went into a frenzy trying valiantly to get away from the dolphin. My kayak was being turned back and forth as I fought to get the fish in my boat before the dolphin could get him.
I actually managed to get the blue fish close enough to the kayak to reach out, grab the leader and pull the fish into my kayak. The blue fish is now flopping all around the bottom of the kayak and I'm trying to get one of my feet on the fish to keep it from flopping back into the gulf. I finally get control of the blue and pick it up to admire it.
I sensed something to my right and looked that way. The dolphin is within 18" inches of me with it's head sticking out of the water looking dead into my eyes. I didn't know what to say or do. I'm sitting there looking at a fish that appears to be as big as my kayak asking me for the fish I had just managed to get in the kayak. The dolphin continued looking at me, literally begging for the blue. Frankly, I wasn't sure what to do next. The thought occurred to me that the dolphin was actually close enough to come in the boat and take the fish right out of my hand. I looked at the dolphin and said, "you are not getting this fish." I lifted the fish over my head and instantly the dolphin came surging straight up out of the water reaching for the fish. The dolphin missed the fish and clamped down on my wrist watch and then instantly let go realizing he had missed the fish.
He settled back into the gulf, begged a few more times and then silently slid under the kayak and parked there. I looked over at Ross about 40 yards away and see that he has had his phone out taking pictures of the whole episode. "What do we do now?",I ask Ross. We decided to try fishing a little more.
Shortly, the dolphin eased away from the kayak and disappeared. A couple of minutes later I hooked a nice lady fish and you guessed it, this time the dolphin got the fish. We now realized we were working for the dolphin and a couple of his friends, who had showed up for the easy pickings.
Ross and I decided to head home with a fish story that few would believe if it hadn't been for Ross's quick thinking.
