In the beginning God created ....
Any natural thing an open minded person studies deeply and thoroughly enough, in all its unique and miraculous qualities, will lead them to but one honest conclusion ..... Intelligence created it. So the only question is, in what form or who is that intelligence? What or who has that intelligence, to create all things, is deity. You may not know His name or where He abides or why He put you here, but it is unthinkable that He has not left us clues and facts of Himself, that we might know His presence, His will for us, and how we should live. If that is the case, where do we find such clues and facts? The answer is, (1) the infinite heavens, (2) the natural world, (3) His holy scriptures, (4) His Holy Spirit of truth , and (5) His Christian witnesses.
(1) "The heavens declare the glory of God; and (2) the firmament sheweth his handywork." Psm.191.
(3) "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness".
2 Tim.316.
(4) "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth ...." John 16:13.
(5) "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ." 1 John 1:3.
Those five oracle sentinels, Heavenly, Earthly, Written, Spirit and Human bear witness of the truths of the one God, Creator, Savior, Sustainer and Loving Father. Five! But only two are required to establish the matter.
The two witness principle:
"At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established." Deut. 19:15.
"But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established." Matt.18:16.
God will still be using the two witness principle during the 7 year Great Tribulation ....
"And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy...." Rev.11:3.
I am just one human witness, but other Christian witnesses and the witness of the celestial, the terrestrial, the bible, the Holy Spirit are all constantly bearing witness that God is Creator and Christ is Savior. The only question is, do you believe it? RB
