There Is Just One Good, Just Thing About A Harris/Biden Presidency

The Calamity Will Be Theirs ...

World War I actually began in August of 1914 when Germany attacked France over long standing disagreements which exploded  into a hot war when Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated.

At that time America's Herbert Hoover had already made a name for himself by his humanitarian work around the world. This included feeding starving people affected by wars.  The U.S. was drawn into WWI in early 1917 because Germany was sinking our ships carrying supplies to Europe. Hoover was an engineer, but deeply involved in feeding the hungry. That war finally ended in August of 1921, but it left devastation and massive debt in Europe and huge debt in the U.S. as well.  Hoover's humanitarian work expanded and the U.S. was doing quite well dealing with the negative effects of the war.  However, our Stock Markets swelled into a balloon like, over bought condition ready for a pin prick.

Hoover became the Republican nominee for President of the U.S. in 1928, and was inaugurated President on March 4, 1929.  Just seven months later, in October of that same year, the U.S. stock market crashed and Hoover and Republicans got the blame for what previous administrations had created, though it would have happened whoever was president. It was a world-wide depression.

After Herbert Hoover's administration, Republicans didn't win the Presidency for another 20 years, until General Eisenhower was elected, after WWII, in 1953.

Today a similar thing has been developing in our country.  Because of our enormous debt of 27 $trillion borrowed, plus another estimated 210 $trillion of unfunded liabilities like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Government retirement promises. Our Government can't even pay the interest on the 27 $trillion much less the 210 $trillion. The only way they can pay off the total debt is by printing (digitizing it) by the stroke of a finger on a keyboard. This gargantuan debt, plus the Covid 19 lockdown destruction of 1/3 of our businesses, has brought us to the brink of disaster.  It won't take much .... like the election of another Socialistic administration, to ignite the incendiary situation.

The one "good" thing, about the possible election of Harris/Biden, is that the implosion will probably happen on their watch ... and they, and Democrats, who are primarily responsible for creating the mess, will get most of the blame. Yes, a few Republicans, still around, were also contributors, but Socialist Democrats are the primary culprits.

If Trump is elected, and he can't pull the nation out of its dive, he and Republicans will get most of the blame, though Liberal, Socialist Democrats are mostly at fault.

My comfort verse, Romans 8:28, helps me find peace and acceptance of trouble in such tumultuous times as we are presently in ....

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
