What Does God Say To American Hypocrites Of Today?

He says the same thing He said to hypocrites in Bible days....

 

In the words of his servant, King David: Psm.33:12

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance."   (This is His will and promise to people who will obey and follow His word)

 

In the words of His Prophet, Isaiah: Isa.59:4-14

"None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity..... And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter."
 (God's entire system, set in place for people, of justice, judges, and truth, is in shambles)

In the words of His Son, Jesus: Matt.23:13

"Woe unto you  scribes (lawyer politicians), pharasees (religionists), hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in."  (You hinder the work of God designed for the good of people)

   "Woe unto you scribes (lawyer politicians), pharasees (religionists),  hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses...."  Matt. 23:14. (You destroy widows' living & retirement resources through political policy and religious greed).

"Woe unto you... hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.."  Matt.23:15. (Political and Religious recruitment for the sake of majority support) 

"Woe unto you, ye blind guides...." Matt.23:16. (The Leadership of idiots, by idiots).

"Woe unto you .... hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess." Matt.23:25. ( "But the LORD said..., Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart." 1 Sam.16:7)

"Woe unto you... hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres (graves), which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Matt.23:27. ("... man looketh on the outward apprearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart." 1 Sam.16:7)

"Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?"  Matt.23:33. (To reject His blessed promise is to default to His curse promise).

If Jesus said it unto hypocrites in the Bible, He would say it to hypocrites today.

Where is the Christian Character and Common Courage which America's History records of it's earlier citizens of past years ???   It's like a fog of indifference, greed, ignorance and fear has arisen from earth and blinded our Character and Courage. We stumble and grope in the darkness of error and lies. May God forgive us. RB
