When it is blatantly false, and based on hatred of whites.
Whites who make the accusation are simply ignorant,
or else, are given to self hatred.
Satan, tempting Adam & Eve, accused God of lying.
Later, hating God's people, Israel, 1 Chron.21:1 says
"Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David"
The word "Satan" here is translated from a Hebrew
word meaning "hateful accuser". People who allow
themselves to also become "hateful accusers" are motivated by the father of lies, Satan.
"Jesus said unto them, if God were your father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God .... Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He ....
abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." John 8:42-44. Hateful false accusers will one day regret it.
